Waldman Plumbing & Heating

Wasted $220 bucks on these guys. Showed up 3 hours late, looked at my boiler for 5 seconds, never even got on their knees to see what the actually problem with it was, said it needed to be replaced. Took a bunch of pictures sent them to the "boss" said I'd get an estimate that day or the next. 4 days later I finally got a hold of them, they sent me an estimate for almost $9000! It had the boiler they were going to use with no break down of labor or parts cost, just the $9000! Found the boiler they were going to use on the internet for under $3000. Called another local plumber, they showed up on time, took apart & fixed the problem $120 bucks! Would not recommend these guys at all!!!!!

Paul and Alex were very professional. Our house had several places that needed troubleshooting, and they worked together to fix the problems that I had noticed, and even pointed out other things they could do to improve the safety of our household. They worked efficiently and well together and were kind to my children that kept peeking in at their work. I would also like to mention that this was the third plumber I had called in 2 weeks, and this was the first one to respond in a prompt manner; they even showed up within 24 hours, hurrah! I will be calling Waldman Plumbing and Heating for future repairs.

Waldman Plumbing and Heating booked a same day appointment. Once Tim and Paul arrived they both took the time to listen and clearly understood my needs. Not only did they complete installing an automatic water distillation unit but made time to solve an unscheduled faucet and valve issue in one of my showers. Top notch service in a homeowners devastating situation. Ceiling leak in kitchen from upstairs bathroom. Andy and his teammate were polite and respectful to our situation. They reviewed in detail each step and explained the procedure and costs. They worked diligently to correct the problem. They cleaned up all the debris and wiped down the counters and floor.
