The entire team at Heat Pumps is professional, punctual, and they truly care about doing what is right for the customer. The office staff is very pleasant to deal with and will try to trouble shoot issues over the phone/email and they return phone calls/emails in a timely manner. The certified service technicians also go out of their way to get the job done and make their customers happy. Heat Pumps Unlimited was instrumental in helping fix another local HVAC company's mistakes who only cared about getting the sale and refused to fix our units which were under warranty. Heat Pumps Unlimited fixed the botched installation of the other HVAC company and continue to maintain our Fujitsu system. I would highly recommend using Heat Pumps Unlimited, LLC! They truly are invested in you as the customer and have your best interest at heart. I will be a customer for life. I thank everyone who works there for being so wonderful.

A family run company that values the customer. I called and they were booking appointments 2 weeks out. I explained I really needed it sooner due to a trip. They were able to squeeze me in a few days after my call. On the day of my appointment it was the owner who and he was on time, pleasant, and took the time needed to explain everything to me. They will be my go to for any future needs!

It has taken me a week to write a review for this company because quite frankly, I was left speechless.

As part of our huge home renovation, central AC was a must on my list. Unfortunately, we had many contractors coming out to the house, and almost never followed up with a quote. Mitch was on time and provided a quote for me within a week.

They worked well with the MassSave partnership and were able to get the paperwork done in a very timely manner. Work started last Monday and was completely done by Wednesday, as promised.

They had an entire crew of workers and were able to get all 3 floors of my house done as well as have an electrician come in. I am beyond thrilled with their level of expertise and professionalism.

The guys were so courteous, they took care not to scratch my newly done hardwood floors and even asked permission to use the restroom. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day, they even vacuumed the dust from the holes they cut for the vents.

Never in my life have I dealt with such professional contractors. EVER. We have had so many projects done in this home in the past 2 years, and NO ONE even compares. This company is a whole new level of amazing. 15 out of 10 stars - the best in business.

Requested an estimate for heat pumps and despite 2 requests, never got a response from this company. Why would you use a company that doesn't even respond to a request for proposal?
