The HVAC company we used closed and I started using Chaves. Technicians Corey and TJ are EXCELLENT, extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Christina in the office has been great too, very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Chaves Heating & Air Conditioning for their prices and wonderful staff.

Chaves recently installed a new heating/ac system for my aging dad. They were not only professional but kind, and just overall great people. Anthony was so easy to work with and provided multiple options with many details covering the various options. No pressure or upselling. We are forever customers now for all our family’s needs. Local, dependable, honest and fair. Checks all the boxes and more!

Technician informed me that the unit was old and recommended replacement. I setup a call with Chaves Sales Team to discuss replacement options. Disappointed that I was charged $278 for the service call when no repair was made and I will be paying a hefty sum to replace soon. We used Chaves previously to replace another unit so we’re not a new client.

Two techs arrived on time and were very professional and respectful of our house. They put on shoe covers and were careful to prevent any ill effects to the areas near the mini splits when they power washed them.

Nelson has done a great job listening to our needs and interest in heat pump systems. He was able to provide us options that both met our needs and our budget. He is extremely knowledgable and has also been a huge help in every aspect of the process, answering our questions and making sure everything has been clear. He is a great communicator and very responsive. Additionally, his installation team were just as good—knowledgable, professional, and very friendly. They took the time to field our questions and they did great work. I’d highly recommend this company!

Dwayne and his colleague were great. Came out to fix my gas combo boiler and fixed the problems. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely have them come back for maintenance next year.
