My ac broke down. Alves came out quickly, were professional, and I am so happy with their work! My ac was fixed, and we have no issues. It has been 5 months since they were here. I’m so pleased, they will for sure be installing our new AC when it’s time to upgrade!

Hired them via a GC to install brand new heating system in a Brookline 2-family house as part of a renovation project. 8 months After got the occupancy certificate from city, the heating system turned to be very noisy. Talked to the owner to come by to check it out. Many many calls and texts back and forth over a few months with the owner. Owner gave a whole number of excuses (from being infected with COVID to out of warranty) on why he is not responsible.

Be very carefully when dealing with this company.
