Jim and John from the arctic company and the female staff who answered the phone kindly were also grateful. On a cold day like today, your right actions made my family warm. Our church, Trinitarian Congregational, is a meal site for the Franklin County Community Meals program. In preparing the Thanksgiving meal, it was discovered that our commercial refrigerator was not working. Arctic Refrigeration was called and responded immediately. Those on site were very impressed with the response time and the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the technician. The no-cost Thanksgiving meals were able to be prepared and served at the expected time. thanks to Arctic Refrigeration.

We just had Arctic install our mini splits. The whole team there is great. Planning the project was made simple. The installation crew worked with some challenging features of the property and made everything look and function perfectly. Everyone was friendly and helpful in answering any questions. The most professional and helpful company that I had the pleasure to work with! They came immediately to fix and replace my neighbors hot water heater tank as they had been without hot water for 3 weeks! Two days later my mother's got water tank blew flooded her basement. They came up the next day and replaced the tank with a highly efficient unit and their work was above average. They did an amazing job and assisted with a large rebate of $750.00. I now need my hot water tank replaced and I just ordered it through Arctic today. I will only use them as they are professional, friendly and they go out of their way to assist you. I can't thank them enough! If you want a contractor that actually calls you back and helps you to save money, then look no further! 100% satisfied

Such a great experience with Arctic — when my boiler replacement exposed some issues with the wider heating system, Jim and Jeff went the extra mile to make sure we could keep the house warm before a coming cold snap. To top it off, I’m pretty sure my basement is cleaner now than it was before they arrived! Definitely my first call when the next job comes up.

called Arctic about a furnace, when the man came out for what was an estimate (he did not state he charges for estimates) he later called to tell me I was going to be billed for the time, I understand that it is normal for HVAC companies to give free quotes and all others did (also I received no estimate, and no work was performed at all). when I explained this on the phone he didn't say anything and I thought the matter was resolved. He then told me I had to have a boiler expert look at it which I did. he came out, checked it over and told me some of the problems with it, the boiler expert DID NOT charge me for this. He did say I had to have the pipes pressure tested before I could proceed with the furnace. I called arctic and he sent out his guy. He spent a couple hours fixing some pipes and then several hours trying to pressure test the baseboard pipes but was unsuccessful, so he tried filling them with water which promptly poured out the bottom of the boiler. basically the boiler is scrap metal, which I had to pay several hours of labor to find out. When the plumber handed me the bill it was for over 800$ which included 2 hours for the initial visit (which was less than 45 minutes, and again no work was done and no estimate was given). I called the owner of arctic who said if i was going to do any further business with me i would have to pay for the initial visit. I ended up paying some 800$ for about 2 hours worth of plumbing repairs. I wish I had not paid for the initial visit because I have no interest in dealing with this company ever again. When I bought the house i was told the furnace worked, however after Arctic, and their boiler expert tore it apart I now have a pile of scrap metal.
