Steve really helped out when I was in a bind. Water heater blew the previous night at a rental, water everywhere. He responded to my call, I sent him pictures and details and he was able to replace it that day. All it good and back in order.

Steve picked up my first call for a hot water heater repair. My old unit was 13 yes old and no longer in production and was honest that repairing wasn’t a wise choice. He reviewed my current setup via texted photos and recommended a new unit he could install the next day. He called back and said he had an opening the same day. He and his crew came an hour later to install a new unit and haul off the old one. All of this after a competitor said they couldn’t even come give me a quote for nine days. Very impressed and my whole family is happy again.

We had a 14 YO water heater needing replacement. They called me right back after my initial call and communicated extremely well regarding my options. They sent a very reasonable quote over and were at my house within a week. They showed up on time, and were done within an hour. Everything was so easy and they were extremely reliable.
