Very unprofessional and took money and no response for more than 6 months. For first couple of months, Jake kept telling he will come and install and never kept his promises. Last message from him was Jan'2023 saying he would do my install in a week and after that stopped responding. I have tried contacting my multiple times to return my deposit but no response. I have tried contacting Jake thru Mass Save but no response. I have tried through Westborough Police Department, Jake did not return calls from the Police Officer also. So many mails, calls, text messages, emails - no response.
This company is so irresponsible. No kind of pride in customer service. Had set a appointment to remove old oil system to new gas system. After scheduled appointment took almost a month just to run gas pipe and kept living about inspection. Then almost 2 months to remove and put new stuff in . But then I I never got my 2 thermostat and another unit he was suppose to order. This was in October and where almost to the end of January and they don't pickup, answer emails, nothing. Don't use them, there not worth it. You had my product. There is no shortage of the product you had ordered for me. I can go to the stores and buy them . No excuses. I even called and left a few message and they don't return call or pick up.
Scheduled an appointment with O'Connor HVAC for 5:30PM and the technician never showed. Tried calling 4 times, and went to an answering machine each time. Message said to email if it's "after hours". We emailed, still no response. Would not recommend.
Response to owner: Not available to call to say you're running late... but enough time to read and respond to a Google Review, AND send us an email telling us to "call somebody else" if we want to leave a bad review. Nice 👎

AND THEN HE WILL NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS, EMAILS TEXTES, NOTHING. HE WONT EVEN GIVE YOU BACK PARTS THAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR, HES JUST OUT TO TAKE EVERYONES MONEY HE WILL GIVE YOU EVERY EXCUSE POSSIBLE AND THEN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT VICTIM...PLEASE DONT FALL FOR HIS LIES. .PEOPLE LIKE HIM SHOULDNT BE IN BUISNESS. They returned my call promptly, scheduled the next day, called on the date to confirm before coming over which they did right away. They tested the suspected leaking area to ensure they were working on the right spot and tested it again after the repair to make sure it was no longer leaking. I'm totally satisfied.
Terrible customer service will not return calls. Always an excuse on why he can’t do the remaining work to finish the job he was already paid for. Do not use this company.
Called to have them repair my central AC, tech arrived and said the coil was dirty and that I was low on refrigerant. He filled it up and left. Later that night no AC again. I have been calling for over a month to 1 pay the $200 bill and second have them come fix it yet again. I had an appointment and they no showed and never called. I still to this day can't get ahold of them. I would never recommend them again to anyone. What started out great turned into a waste of money and lost of trust.
Heat went out, jake came out for emergency call. Found the issue, had a replacment part in stock. Jake had my furnace up and running within 2 hours. Great pricing. I called multiple others, and was told i would have to wait between 5 days to 2 weeks. Scheduling my pm services are easy. Workers are always on time, and a pleasure to deal with. Recommended and will continue to use.
I’ve had to call Jake on multiple occasions. As a single mom, I never felt taken advantage of and he always made sure my girls were warm asap! Not only did he fix thing on the ancient boiler, I reached out again when I needed a new install. Jake was great, he always was responsive and beyond fair in his pricing. He literally came out to fix my heat the day after he had a baby! I have nothing but great things to say about his work. Flawless.
STAY AWAY from this place! .. UNRELIABLE Set appt. over month ago, they called to reschedule. The day before they were supposed to come out, they cancelled and rescheduled to 3 weeks later. Than , the girl called the day of appt. 45 min. before appt. time and says , sorry , have to reschedule to middle of next month! So that’s 3 times in a row rescheduling on me! I’m overdue on Maintenance of our oil system and it’s important we get it done. Im going elsewhere.
