Murphy's Plumbing & Heating

David came out to work on the plumibng for a bathroom I designed. The vanity is on legs and the piping didn't accomodate the existing specs of the vanity. David worked with me to be able to use the vanity and still have storage!!! He is a great problem solver, metuculous, and trustworthy.

I gambled with my water heater. Typically 8 to 10 years. I was lucky to get 12 but it started leaking out of the bottom. I was probably 1 or 2 days away from the whole 40 gallons unloading in my basement. Jim McNeill of McNeill Heating and Air Conditioning, West Springfield did a great job replacing my central air some years back. He referred me to Kevin Murphy of Murphys Plumbing and Heating in East Longmeadow. I left a message and Kevin got back to me within 15 minutes ND was able to have his tech. Matt out to my place before the end of the day.
Great experience, price was on point, and Kevin, Matt, and the office were very professional.

Murphy's plumbing was great, they beat the competition on a basic boiler installation by 50% and were able to install within a week. No doubt a great outfit!

Next day appointment, within the window they told me. Bernard and Luke came to unclog my drains and were very polite and quick about it. 5/5
