I would recommend this company to anyone! I had a unique situation with a heater that is no longer supported by the manufacturer and they went above and beyond to get it repaired! They stuck with me through the frustration of not being able to get support from the company even though they and I tried to reach out to them. Through it all and multiple visits they did a great job and kept the price reasonable. I cant say enough good things about this company! They will be my go-to company from now on... but next time I will most likely have them replace that heater instead of trying to repair it.

We called on a Monday, they came between the time that they stated. They were very professional and did a great job. Our heat wouldn’t go above 59. They reset our thermostat and cleaned our sensor which was the problem. They were in and out within 20-30 minutes. They were polite and all Covid protocols were observed. Definitely use them again. Thank you.

Our gas furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I needed someone to come diagnose and fix my furnace. They came to my house and diagnosed the issue in less than 2 hours. They observed all the COVID protocols, were very nice and professional and explained that they needed to order a part and we would not have heat for a couple days. I had expected this and understood the issue/problem. Parts are needed and with COVID it takes time to get the parts. They seemed genuinely sorry for our inconvenience and the office was in contact with us multiple times to update us and check on us, even offering to drop off a space heater for us. The moment the part was delivered, they were at my house installing the part, checking that the heat was working and taking care of business. I will be using Top Mechanical for my yearly HVAC checkups from now on. Cannot say enough good things about them. Love supporting a local family owned business.

What a godsend Steve was. We thought we would have to replace our whole air conditioning unit give what we'd been reading online about our issue.

He showed-up when scheduled, did a couple of checks and found that is was only a part replacement. I was thinking it would cost me over a $1,000.00, he replaced the part, with labor, for a quarter of that.

I was so impressed with his nice demeanor, willingness to check several things, and the efficiency at which he did the work. I would recommend him and his business to anyone. Plus, he's a nice guy; funny, thoughtful, and professional.

Today Steve came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace because, as I had told him, another company, who had did a yearly maintenance service, told me that I need a new furnace. I told him that I felt like my furnace was fine and the other company might have been trying to take advantage. He checked out the problems that I had told him the other company had found and found that at this time there is nothing wrong with my furnace. He also gave me a lot of important information and tips. I was extremely happy with this visit and with the feeling that I met someone I can trust. I will definitely call again for problems that arise and for maintenance.

Very happy with the work done to fix my central air! In the middle of summer, my air stopped working and I was very upset! Top Mechanical was able to come out the very next day and fix everything. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis of the problem and the fix. It's working like a charm now and I couldn't be happier. 5 star service rating from a happy customer over here!

I tried to get a quote from Top Mechanical Service and was told there would be an 120 charge just to receive a quote. I’m looking to switch my old oil furnace to gas. I saw a post online on how COVID is hitting them hard. So I figured I’ll give them a chance but paying 120 dollars for chance to do business with them is not the way to gain customers. I have multiple companies coming for free to give estimates. I understand time is money but I’m not paying someone to come and win me over.
