Awesome awesome company. The guys are very knowledgeable about what they do and are very very friendly. They came in and was very clear about what needed to be done. They didn’t do anything that didn’t need to be done just to run the price up either. When they left I was left with the feeling that my furnace is more efficient and my kids and I will have a safe and warm winter this season! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!
All Town Heating came out to fix an issue I had with our central air system. They came out very quickly, the technicians were very professional and resolved the issue (motor replacement) very quickly. They were very responsive from the moment I called them to time the issue was resolved. I would recommend them to others.
Dave did a great job replacing my Dad's AC unit. He ran into a few unforeseen problems but stayed with it until the issues were resolved and the unit works great. I would recommend Dave and All Town Heating for anyone that is looking for reliable service and workmanship with a team that knows what they are doing
Darly was amazing. He took his time to explain what was wrong with the heating system and also what he did to repair. Would recommend All town. Ask for Daryl.
I had a new 2.5 ton AC system installed, including the ductwork. I was so impressed with All Town. The price was fair. The crew was on time, The job was DONE in 2 days. The crew was friendly. There was no mess. And the cooilng is awesome. 5 out of 5 stars
I had to work with Dave from out of state to help get my elderly uncle's a/c working. I live by the beach in California where we don't have A/C because of cool nights, but Dave took the time to explain everything in detail with me and go over the details of what would need to be done. Because I was unfamiliar with the heating system, he was able to give me a price range depending on that. He's trustworthy and the best!
Called last minute for priming, as my regular heating company couldn’t do it. David arrived very quickly. I am often disappointed in the level of customer service provided in the marketplace, but the service here was excellent! Would hire them for any work in the future without hesitation.
So far so good guys. Been here a couple times. Backed up there work. Done everything to keep my furnace up and running. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Most importantly to me is it was about throwing parts at it. It was about solving the problem. I'll be calling if needed in the future.
Technicians that came out were very friendly and I had no problems with them (although I remember at the time they were at my house sensing how they seemed reluctant to question their boss, the owner. When paying them I asked if they would consider applying the money I paid to installing a new condenser. They both said I would personally have to ask the owner...and the way they said it sounded like they knew more about him than they were letting on.)
I found out later after hiring another company that All Town Heating installed a broken and previously used compressor booster to my outdoor Trane AC Condenser. I watched the new tech remove the booster and show me how it was broken and had rattling pieces inside (I have actual video of him removing it and showing it to me). He also said it was half the size booster that was called for. And upon inspection, it was clear the booster was an old used unit. It was dirty and only had glue marks on the outside of it where a label used to be long ago. All Town Heating charged me $250. $100 for the broken booster and $150 for the visit. (They initially got it working for a day so I didnt think much of paying but it ended up not working again after that. It was end of summer so there was only one day I used the AC in the last month or so.) So when I figured it out it was broken again (with the new tech there), my wife called the owner of All Town Heating. He called my wife a liar (said she probably smashed it against the wall) and wouldnt give us any money back. He said "besides, we only warrant parts for 30 days". The point is they installed an underpowered, used, broken part. The owner was very rude and immature to my wife. Hard to believe he runs a company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys!
