The blower motor on my furnace died, i gave them the part number from the original unit. They looked it up to make sure they had something similar, they did and they were $100 cheaper than online and i was able to pickup 10 minutes from my house the same day on a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed. They ran my debit card and I was on my way. The motor had the wiring diagram right on it. I had to crimp on my own connectors and I now have heat again. Highly recommend, in and out in 3-4 minutes. Two other non hvac guys came in while I was there. Plenty of parking.

Excellent customer service. I’m not a plumber and I was looking for an oddball part. Rich and Pete went out of their way to find what I needed. Parts counters at other plumbing supply houses would have scoffed at me. These guys are true professionals
