All Town Heating & A/C

These guys saved my behind twice now in the last two weeks despite never doing any business with them prior. They were recommended to me when my Oil tank was rotting away and I'm so glad I called them. Dave made sure I was taken care of asap and went above and beyond for my family. We were up and running with a new system in 1 day!

The following week my carbon monoxide detector went off due to me not realizing I should be cleaning the unit every year. Dave again made sure I was going to be well taken care of. He sent Daryl who made sure we knew exactly when he would be there, which was the same day! He was extremely helpful and thorough with his work. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. These guys are the best of the best.

Dave is a lifesaver! Our basement flooded and our HVAC unit was destroyed. We had no heat with a young child in the middle of winter. I called first thing in the morning, and he was there later that afternoon. He took the time to explain to my husband and I what happened and needed to be replaced so we really understood. He was patient with all my questions. Him and his crew were back at our house before 9am the very next day and replaced the unit and we had our heat back. He made a very stressful situation that much easier for us. Everyone he brought was kind and professional and I won’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends!

Hire these guys TODAY! Wow!!! Wow is all I can say when referring to the job and service my wife and I received from All Town. From getting an estimate (Dave did not try to upsell or pressure us into anything) to pricing (very fair and competitive as i had got to compare to 4 other estimates) to getting the install done ( they were prompt, professional and cleaned up immaculately and had everything up and running in 2 days) Dave, Adam, Daryl & Johnny did not disappoint. They worked great as a team and we were astounded at how much they accomplished in 2 days. We had 4 mini duct splits installed in our 100 year old house and though tricky, they pulled it off with ease. It's nice to see a company care and love what they do. The were all so polite and affable and it was sad to see them leave as the kept me entertained with their infectious laughter. No pressure salesmanship, personable and reliable service and overall a FANTASTIC product and end result. Well done All Town!!! Would definitely hire them again!!

These guys did an amazing job! I called Dave to ask about service and he suggested I go through MassSave to convert from oil to gas, which saved me a lot of money. Dave and his crew handled and explained everything I needed, from a comprehensive quote, to when to contact the gas company, to what equipment was best for my needs. The boiler and water tank he put in were economical and the correct size for my home, he reused a few of my (good) valves to save me a little money, and he scheduled the town inspector for me, and was here to speak to him (although there were no issues). The crew was very personable and friendly, and the job site was thoroughly cleaned when they were done. I highly recommend All Town!

Called All Town for a heating service call. Talked to Darlene in the office and within two hours tech Darrel was at the house to address my no heat situation. Darrel was quick to diagnose and complete the repair. Both Darlene and Darrel were friendly too.

Wish I had called them first after disaster call with another company.

My oil burner would not stay on. This happened the day before Thankgiving! Had plenty of oil in the tank. They came out same day and replaced some parts. Very efficient! Would definitely recommend!

We invited several vendors to bid a residential replacement (furnace, AC coil and AC condenser), the original system had 20+ years on it and it was time. Existing ductwork was fine, but we wanted to step up the Air Conditioner was a bit undersized for the house. Several companies called back, on their own time. Dave from All Town Heating & A/C Inc. called back immediately. Communications are one of their best attributes. Another firm asked me if I was seeking bids, I said yes of course. He said he would not bother to deal with me. Imagine that ? All Town Heating & A/C Inc. was phenomenal. The communications, the walk through, the bid timing, the on-site professionalism, the high-quality work, the testing and the consulting. None of this is an easy spend but that’s life. Dave from All Town Heating & A/C Inc. made it extremely bearable by delivering on every single thing he promised. The proposal was reasonably detailed on one page. All Town Heating & A/C Inc. will even take care of the warranty registration process. All Town Heating & A/C Inc. arrived on date, on time, finished within 8 hours, cleaned up, tested everything and even came back for a modification to make the units more effective and efficient, a situation caused by the original install of the ductwork (dampers). All in all, All Town Heating & A/C Inc. is now my preferred go to. I would rate All Town Heating & A/C Inc. exceptional.

Called Casey HVAC (installed our A/C five years ago) and five hours later, the receptionist finally put my call through only to be told the soonest they could look at the a/c was in 10 days. This was now late Friday afternoon. I started calling around and finally tried All Town Heating & A/C. I spoke to a very nice lady, she listened to my woes and said she would call her technicians and see if one of them would have time to come over. Yes, the guys were over in a hour and had the a/c fixed quickly. The initial ‘house call cost’ was the same as any other cost I’ve paid before for home services.
Bottom line.....they were great! Thank you All Town Heating and A/C.

We had one of our central AC units shut down on Friday 8/3/18. Not knowing any HVAC companies, I went to Angie's list on Saturday and put in a request for a quote/service call with the 3 top rated companies. Having heard nothing by Monday morning, I called a local builder (Ralph Pollilio), for a recommendation. He recommended I call Dave at All Town Heating. I did and am very happy to report my AC unit is now up and running again. I called them this morning, got through on the first call and got a 2 hour window for a service call. Two techs arrived on time and were immediately able to diagnose and fix the problem. There was no attempt to up-sell or "find" and problems with the unit which is an older model. Both techs knew their stuff and were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The price was reasonable, the service was timely and the unit is working again (going to be 100+ today). Nuff said! Oh....forgot to add that I still haven't heard back yet from the 3 Angie's list folks. Yes, I would highly recommend All Town Heating & AC
