When I moved into my apartment last year, my landlord provided the name of this company in an attempt to be helpful as I'd never lived anywhere with heating oil before. I used them. They came out to prime the tank / do an inspection on my landlord's dime. The guy who came was friendly enough, but as he climbed around in the basement, he exposed half of his rear end... not super professional. They didn't ask me how much oil I wanted the first time, and instead went ahead and filled the tank (nearly $800). They also overcharged me the first time, going over what they had quoted as the price per gallon. Instead of refunding me the overage, they put a credit on my account. Not the best, but fine. The second time they filled the tank, they left me a bill in the mailbox. I admittedly totally forgot about it (because who relies on paper billing anymore?! and they had my credit card on file that I used the first time; I assume they'd just use that again) and when I called to sort it out, the lady was rude to me as usual (I had talked to her several times before b/c you can't schedule or pay online, you have to call for everything). She asked me if I wanted to close my account and I said, might as well b/c my landlord was planning to convert to floorboard gas heat over the summer. She asked me why and I said I don't know, it's not my decision. She told me if I just paid a portion of the bill, that would be fine and we could avoid small claims court. I said no worries at all, that I'd sent at least $100 right away the rest of the balance ASAP when I got paid again. I apologized for my latency and lack of attention. We then got off the phone and she immediately called my landlord since they had his number on file (on HIS account, NOT mine, but obviously same address), gave him a huge guilt trip about not giving them business anymore b/c of the conversion, AND told him I hadn't paid my bill! She told him how much I owed and threatened that they could put a lean on the house in his name. HE IS NOT LISTED ON MY ACCOUNT. This was a TOTAL violation of my privacy. I then had to have an extremely awkward conversation about finances with my landlord in which he expressed he was fearful that there would be a lean put on the house and was very nervous. I paid the $500-something balance in full a few days later, as I would have anyway... But I will NEVERRRRR purchase from this company again.

Service tech was there approximately when I was told that he would arrive👍 It was just an inspection of my tank & furnace, as I'm a new customer. He was pleasant and fast👍 I'm looking forward to receiving similar service in the future!🤞!

I ran out of oil and called to see if they would do an emergency delivery. I am not a current customer. The man Kieth I spoke with gave me an attitude and asked why I didn't call my reg service, and they do deliveries only for customers. If he wasn't so rude maybe he would have had another one. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
