I had Atlantic Pratt Energy do the annual cleaning and tune-up for my heating system before Thanksgiving. My parents were at home at the time and they were impressed by the service tech’s top quality clean work. He performed his work neatly and flawlessly. They offer 24 hr emergency maintenance. Thank you Atlantic Pratt Energy for being always highly responsive. :-)

I’ve been with Atlantic Pratt for many years now and I’m extremely happy with there service. They stand by there word and are honest and reasonable. The office as well as Keith S (sales) are a pleasure to deal with. I have an Energy Kinetics (System 2000) boiler that not too many company’s are familiar with. I’ve have had what people told me are the best companies for this system (in Weymouth), not the case and way over valued as they don’t provide anything special, and I have dealt with the worst company, (in canton). I have no intention on looking at other service providers as APE has earned my loyalty!

I've had a few different oil companies but I really, really like Pratt. Any issues or questions - you hear back from someone right away. Also had them install a Mitsubishi split. Price was right and it was a very efficient, quick, installation. I was told to pick an oil company in my town in case there was an emergency, but I ended up not liking that company, and now I trust Pratt more.

I called requesting information for burner service and within a few hours I received a call back from their sales office We talked and was given a prompt appointment to have someone come to my house. I have had a wonderful first impression of a devoted company to its customers Every person I dealt with has been friendly , caring and understanding. I’ve been using Atlantic for 9 years since I purchased my house in Braintree. Jake and the rest of the guys do excellent work. Oil is delivered in a timely manner and service is great as well. I had my burner replaced 2 years ago and my 20 year old central A/C replaced last summer. Atlantic was great in keeping the old a/c unit running an extra 2 seasons so I could save up for the new unit.

Fine company which we inherited from the previous family when we moved to Milton couple years back.
Haven't had any reason really to complain,. whatever, what do I know about oil/energy companies, right? I just want my house warm and comfortable which is a service that they provide.
Easy to schedule maintenance checks, responsive staff, friendly and seem attentive and knowledgable....all good things, but I suppose (and I seldom go to the trouble of writing reviews because, well, who really cares....but I was asked to so here I am)....my biggest gripe with this company is how they conduct payment for services. If THEY do not get a check on time (which once you put in the mail is totally out of ones hand), they are not above nickel and dimming their customers and adding little aggravating fees/penalties.
Perfect example: got a bill for some sort of contract with the company (good luck finding particulars about this contract agreement on their website, had to call them to get an explanation) and had to pay it by a certain date, couple hundred bucks. Fine, whatever. Couple weeks passed and I finally got around to writing the check and putting it in the mail. Perhaps it was slow mail service and the check did not get to them until it was past due, but I literally got a bill IN THE MAIL from Atlantic PRATT for $3.45 as a penalty...seriously? Pretty absurd. Confusing why online payment is not a service they offer to their customers. Again, perhaps this is standard practice for area oil companies, but my only experience has been with Atlantic Pratt so I can only speak to it.
They are good at coming and filling our oil tank when it requires it, particularly during the winter months, but they showed up late summer unannounced to fill the tank and suddenly I had a bill for $350+ to deal with at a time I did not necessarily want my tank to be filled. Again, Atlantic Pratt, perhaps communicating with your customers as a courtesy might be a good thing, provide an option (at least for the initial filling) so one can kind of prepare for the bill. How difficult can this possibly be via email?
Look, its a fine local company and just recently had a technician come out to give us an annual check up and he was terrific and they do good work, but the lack on online services and the little penalties has me aggrieved but, what the hell, who really cares, right?! If you read this much, you must!

I had central air installed last week. It was estimated to take 4 days and it only took 3. The guys were great! They checked in with me at every step. I highly recommend this company.
