Any business should be about communication with customer. I reached out to them for an electricity related job. He said that will get back to me. After 4 days, still no response! Even if you can not accept a job for any reason, the courtesy is letting your customer know.

Called them in an emergency, extremely responsive and came the same day, which eased a lot of stress!! Professional & efficient. 10/10 would recommend and will use again!
