These people are probably the best techs in Boston if not in northestern Massachusetts.
They were so busy when i called but they were able to squeeze me in and it was the best decision i have ever made. They saved me 10k and i am so happy i didnt had to replace my unit like Boston standard and Sila were trying to sell me.
I will use they forever.

Steve and Francis are great techs. I had two mitsubishi units installed in my house.These are ducted unit and it covers my whole house since I have solar panel my heating and cooling is free saving almost 400 per month.
I am so glad with the solution and the workmanship.

Very good people and kind. I called to have my AC fixed and the unit was 25!years old.

I called Presidential HVAC in November when our forced hot air system wasn’t producing heat
in our new office space in Back Bay. They came out same day to take a look. They were on time, explained everything clearly, and laid out the options for fixing the problem. I had a unique situation where we had functioning heat the previous winter, but when the landlord replaced the AC unit that spring their contractor also removed the heat pump :( Not cool! Presidential HVAC picked up on all of this in that very first visit to our space, rewired the system to use auxiliary heat right then and there so we wouldn’t freeze (while we presented these facts to the landlord so they could fix their mistake) and even was able to write a report for my landlord that was key in getting them to cover costs to replace the system and fix the problem. We used presidential again when we had the new system installed last month. I have been nothing but pleased with my experience and will definitely call presidential for future HVAC needs.

I called them with an issue with my HVAC over the weekend. He showed up within an hour and resolve my issue. I wanted to say thank you for coming out on short notice and resolving so quickly. Thumbs up!

These guys are good at what they do Very knowledgeable and awesome pricing had my entire house knob and tubing removed with new wires installed for almost half the price of 3 other electricians will definitely keep using them and highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for an electrician. Thanks for the work guys.
