Presidential HVAC & Electrical

I contacted multiple AC service specialists to replace a dysfunctional pump connecting to a HVAC unit. Unlike other AC service companies, I was directly communicating (phone and text) with Adi, the service specialist, who is both knowledgeable and skillful. Adi provided expert suggestions and did excellent work. He is easy to work with and offers very competitive pricing. Presidential HVAC is the only one that (1) I spoke with a technician directly during the first call; and (2) I was able to receive an initial visit within a week from the first call. Their quick response, excellent work, competitive pricing, and flexibility earn my highest recommendation for AC service, especially for urgent service request. Quick note: As they do not have a dedicated customer service representative, your call may not be returned right away when they are servicing other homes. The best way to reach to them is to text them with a brief description of your issues and your address. They usually get back within the same day.

Presidential Electric is by far the most responsive, professional and timely company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve used their electrical and plumbing services at least 4 times now and have so far scheduled 2 more services. Adi is exceptional to work with and a straight shooter. He follows up after every job and even days later to make sure everything is working as it should. They’re great for emergency calls, general repair and installation. Lastly, Adi does NOT price gouge like many contractors do…I’d be surprised if anyone can beat their prices.

Presidential Services were great through & through. They removed my two old mini split ductless systems & replaced them both with two new models, installed them & ran me through proper use & maintenance.

After calling 3 other companies they offered the lowest price for materials & labor.

Wish I had found this company in the first place! Contacted Presidential emergently after previous company's service failed to provide an invoice thus delaying closing of condo sale. Presidential went to my condo within one hour to service the unit and provide critical invoice. Presidential went above and beyond, they are wonderful!

I am so happy with the workmanship and professionalism that I received from Roeland and his team. They did a fantastic job! I had my electrical re-done after it being ruined by another electrician. They are honest and do high quality work! I worked with many electricians in the past and this is the first time in my life where I can say I never have to look for another one! The two technicians arrived early which was great. Both were very efficient and kept me updated as they worked on my unit. they were courteous and did a great job. I would recommend them and use hem again.

I never take the time to write reviews, but for Presidential, I was completely blown away by their services. Adi and his team are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Adi takes the time to explain why the issue is happening. His team troubleshoots all options to make sure they get to the very root of problem. They even continuously follow up to make sure there are no further issues. Going forward, I will only use their HVAC services. I highly recommend to all.

Presidential HVAC is hands down the best in the business. My first experience with them was the first heat wave of the season this year. My house was 89 degrees when I woke up and I called them for same day service. Not only did they squeeze me on the busiest day of the year, they were professional, quick and incredibly reasonably priced. My second experience with them was just as excellent. He was able to find time for me within 48 hours, fixed the problem quickly and was able to make me laugh in the process (not easy to do when you’re overheated!). Great service and a consummate professional. I won’t use anyone else and I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services in the greater Boston area!

All I can say is PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! Hands down great customer service…… I called during a emergency and they came out the same day!!!!!!!!! Fixed my old 20 something plus AC unit and they came over with a Brand new one the following morning and installed it with total professionalism!!!!!!!! I recommend them 1000% If you want the job done professionally and correctly this is the best of the best!!!!!!!!!! And they stand behind their work 100% You can’t go wrong with this company
