Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I just purchased a Heat Pump HVAC system from Sears for my home in Harrisburg, PA.. The installers came in and did an excellent job installing the unit. They were quick, professional and I hardly knew they were here. It's only been running for a week and so far it's working great. This is a top of the line unit and a bit pricey but I expect it will work flawlessly during the upcoming winter.

The guys were pleasant, however not very experienced quite a few things had to be either corrected or replaced. They were supposed to remove the old tile (which they didn't do) replace it with new tile, remove and replace the toilet. The sales representative and the contractors were not in sync with the details of the
Project.

I was 100% disappointed with Sears home improvement services. They sold me a product they don't even use and didn't even tell me what they were installing wasn't what they showed me or sold me. They claim the reason they are more costly because of the quality of product and and tip notch installation and that is definitely a lie. Don't be duped like we were use anyone but Sears. Thsy are the WORST possible choice you could make. What happened to the Sears brand...TERRIBLE CHOICE!!!!

I am very happy that I choose seats because professionalism and dedication to work an concerned for customers. From their sale rep Ken Weaver to their insulation team .I could not had better insulation team complete work at my home.I sensely like to Ken Weaver for professionalism.

Everyone from Sears home improvement was professional and wonderful to work with. We now have a beautiful well designed kitchen that was completed in the estimated time.

Brian our consultant was wonderful! However; the contractor that came to removed the countertop was very rude and the ones that place the granite were very polite, but left a royal mess with their wet vac.

I had a great experience. Everyone from sales to the installation of the AC unit were timely and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.

thw work was excellent but...i didnt get to see any finance info until after the work was done...not cool
