Having been without heat for 10 days, Anthony was truly a blessing...simply paying attention to details that went unnoticed by another company, he was able to identify the multiple issues and remedy my furnace problems with excellence. The overall customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Bennett Air, LLC.

My first impression was spot on! From scheduling down to the end of my service, the customer service from Bennett Air was top notch! The scheduler was very accommodating. The technician was prompt, professional, and efficient. Very pleased with the services I received!

I have to say that our experience with Bennett Air has been amazing. We owned our home for 15 years and we have never been comfortable. Our house was cold every winter and hot every summer and no amount of repairs from other companies have been able to make our house comfortable to live in. Our electric bills ranged from $500-800 per month. One of my service calls went to Bennett Air. Rick Bennett came out and inspected our HVAC system. He had a real heart to heart about how inferior this system was for our home. He wanted to convert the whole system over to a new upgraded system. It was not in our budget to do that but he provided us with financing options and told us we were going to save money in the long run. His confidence and professional heart to heart made us put all of our confidence into his company. This was the best thing we ever did! His professional team was out here early and in a few hours he told us it was completed. I said the both units and new gas furnace and inside and out side units? He said Yes and proceeded to explain in detail all about our new unit and how the new more sophisticated thermostat we now had operated. We had this done in the summer and that night we were freezing and had to adjust the thermostat because this system was operating so well. But the best news was our electric and gas bills. Our electric bill is never over $300 a month and our gas bill had a $1700 credit because I never adjusted the auto pmt in my banking. I got a call from my gas company asking if I had done something different in my house. I told them about our new unit and she took down the information becasue she was amazed too. I highly recommend Bennett air . They are highly qualified, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient . I am sure you will have the same results with then. The owner Rick Bennett is active in his company and is available to talk at any time. I highly recommend them you wont be sorry.

Worst company ever! Came to my house and installed the wrong fan in my AC unit. Not knowing much about AC units it took me 2years and 5 visits from other HVAC specialists to realize what they did wrong, which was install a smaller size fan than what was required in my unit. I made American Home Shield aware and they reached out to Bennett, because they too had records on Bennet HVAC performing the work. Not shortly after I get a call from Bennet (lady named Kim)vehemently denying any wrong doing….with me not ever reaching out to Bennett directly! The lady (Kim) that called immediately became defensive and very unprofessional!! Bottom line is I would highly suggest anyone considering using them for service PLEASE do your research and find a more reputable company. This is a mom and pop shop that just don’t have the expertise or budget required to deal with AC issues….which ultimately leads to cutting corners. I’d hate for you to have them come out and put a “band-aid” on your issue and “create” a fix that doesn’t follow the OEM specifications…..and then have to deal with someone with the lowest level of customer service such as Kim. The poor quality of work and customer service exhibited by Kim make this company the WORST!!

Josiah was awesome and was able to diagnose our issue quickly. They were also able to get us on the books right away as our AC unit stopped working. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Highly impressed with the service I received from Bennett Air. Josiah is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He communicates with you throughout the process and is very open and honest. His confidence and positive attitude is an added plus.

Mr Anthony provided great service. He not only provided repaired to my heating system, but took the time to explain the repair and the various things that may have attributed to the need for the repair. Again, great service, cleaned up the area and was very patient with his explanation. I would use his service again and recommend him to others.

Josiah was extremely professionally and listened to what I was experiencing to help determine the issue with my heating unit. He allowed me to watch his troubleshooting techniques and explained the systems flow pattern and what I was hearing.

He extra parts in his truck and was able to resolve my issue. Upon departure, Josiah explained all his troubleshooting steps and how he resolved the issue. I haven’t had professionalism like this in a while.
