They did an amazing job responding on thier on call day and came out immediately. My house temp reached 90 degrees inside. The representative that came out to my home was extremely professional and didn't mind me asking tons of questions. He answered them all very professionally with plenty of knowledge to go with it. The price was more then far and they wouldn't let me leave a tip. So this review is the least I can do to show my appreciation. Thank you Bennett Air for your services.

Truly 5-star service. When I made the appointment via web, I received a call and text confirmation. I was able to confirm the appointment time via text. I was notified via text when the tech was on his way - complete with pic of the tech and tracking info, so I knew when he was about to arrive. The tech did a great job. Costs came in where I thought they would. And I was made aware of what services should be performed now and which can wait for a while. I’ll be using Bennett again for my HVAC services.
Bennet Air is a wonderful company to work with! I would recommend them without hesitation!!! They came to me through my home warranty luckily. You’re very responsive and determined to find the problem. Once we realize they were shipped the wrong part (through no fault of their own) they went well above the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable until the correct part came in. Kim and Josiah are wonderful to work with. Customer service you just don’t see anymore. Thank you so much for all you did to help me!
The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was very forthcoming with information concerning my heat. He checked everything before leaving. What was so impressive and welcoming was his attitude and willingness to answer my questions. He stayed until he was sure that I had heat in my home. I would recommend him / Bennett Air to anyone experiencing heating issues. I am so appreciative that I have heat.
Scheduled an appointment through AHS. Missed the appointment. Explained that the doorbell was broken and rescheduled an appointment. I even explained that I understood and was okay with the 55 reschedule payment. We were told a special needs child air took presidents over 89 year old women that lives in our property. On the day of the new appointment they told us we wouldn’t be serviced because we were rude. Why give us a confirmed new appointment if you had no intention of providing service?
After reading the company response: I wish they would also recall details like calling the wrong number on these many call attempts of no one’s fault but ahs. I wish they would also discus us having camera around the property but no footage of the driver. That’s okay. I think they came for sure but because they didn’t use the walk way the footage didn’t appear. I consequent thought the ring was broken…
I wish the company would address the next day experience. Why reschedule a new appointment if you had no intention of providing service?
No one was verbally abusive. Someone was always home as required from my late grandmothers care.
If multiple people are telling you in multiple reviews that your rude perhaps l you should consider the possibility that things were not handled well. No one was harassing, labeling, insulting, scolding, rebuking, or excessive yelling towards an individual. And if they were why would you reschedule with this client if you had no intention of servicing the client???

I’ve had the pleasure of Bennett Air’s service on two occasions, first for my AC and again for my gas heat. I was fortunate enough to have the same technician each time. He was very professional and took no time at all to locate the problem. Both times he explained in detail what the issues were and what work he had done. He also did a carbon monoxide check on my system. I feel better knowing my system is working properly. Thank you Bennett Air!!!
Kim Bennett and the service technician, Noah were absolutely outstanding! I appreciated the professionalism, time and attention to get my unit restored as soon as they could. I would give 10 stars if I could. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking HVAC needs.
We were in the market for a new HVAC system, and found what we thought was a good company. How could you not think a company who has the words integrity quality, trust, honest, reliable, and comfort guaranteed on the first page of their website would turn out to be a group of cons. Can I say American Greed? My wife and I wanted to be proactive by getting a new system before the old one failed. Bennett Air came out gave us a quote and they were very receptive initially. The system was installed in December right before Christmas, they were supposed to come back in March for the cleaning and to check the system but they never did after my wife called to confirm several times. We contacted them on July 7, 2020 after my wife realized something did not sound right with the unit. They scheduled for the 10th but cancelled later for the 15th. Then on the 14th they sent a text to cancel (who cancels by text, so rude) and said the technician had called out sick again and that they don’t come out for those type of of services in June, and since they have technician shortages twice now it’s best to reschedule us for the fall. They said that they would call and we have yet to receive a call from them. My wife reached out again to Bennett Air on August 18th when she saw that the bill had went up $512.49, they told her that it was because we had dirty filters, which was not true. The technician came out on the 19th and fixed the issue and admitted fault. Our bill in the previous months was at a -$31. The next month bill is currently $471.37. It started to decrease after they came to fix the issue. We pleaded with them to rectify their error by eliminating these two bills. The operator said that she was going to get me a letter to show that it was an installation error to show to SMECO so that they could adjust our account. Should have know that as a lie. Still waiting on the letter. We have since spoken to SMECO and they said that the letter would not have made a difference Bennett Air is at fault and they need to rectify their mistake. With the economic hardship everyone is facing we never thought that we would be robbed by a company that just installed our HVAC system. If you are thinking about using Bennett Air please reconsider. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Clean on the outside and dirty on the inside. They need to change the words on the website to just simply thieves.
I would highly recommend this company. My furnace had a minor issue that was quickly resolved. The service technician, Rick, was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He arrived on time and he explained why my furnace was not blowing out heat. I really appreciate that this company responded quickly and sent a technician out sooner than later given that it is a holiday weekend. Great job!!!
