The absolute worst customer service. Lack of attention to detail. Expectations not met. No abIlity to discuss issues with mgmt. Would not recommend nor would not use again.

Did not provide a proper diagnosis. Solution was just to replace entire electrical panel.
Charge over 3X time advertised price for a visit.

Luis Hernandez-Pinto provided a quick fix to a very inconvenient electrical problem (Not related to HVAC) in a professional manner. Not sure what else you can ask for.

We have been customers of Michael & Son for almost 10 years but never again after this experience. We have a slow leak in our kitchen. Near the dishwasher/sink. We called Michael & Son first - technician (Tumen sp?) said it was an appliance issue after his evaluation, i.e. dishwasher was leaking. We then called a dishwasher repair guy who said that we may have some tubes slightly damaged by mice but he couldn't find any specific cause for the leak - our best bet is to get a new dishwasher.

Went to Best Buy & threw down $1300 on a
brand new dishwasher. Guy comes to install it
& surprise!!!! He says there's a leak in the plumbing behind the sink that he can see now that he took the old dishwasher out. Shows us the problem - and there's a leak plain as day that has nothing to do with our actual dishwasher. The same technician from Michael & Son returned, and when confronted by the fact he missed what the installation guy called an "obvious leak" & sent us on a path unnecessarily costing us almost 2 grand, he threw an unprofessional temper tantrum & literally stormed out of our house. He made me super uncomfortable in my own home. Never again.
