Thanks for coming in for odd hours to help but asking for a clocked toilet $1179. Is not very professional. Using plunger is not the reason you were called. Using snake does not cost $1179.

The business was very responsive but never provided details on the issue nor a follow-up on how to fix it. I paid a fee for them to come out with no resolution. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend them at this time.

The technicians were all very skilled and well trained. They were also enjoyable to have in our house. We were very impressed by our experience.

Plumbing problems, called in morning, came in afternoon the same day. The office kept me updated with the ETA of their plumber. BTW, the annual contact with them is worth it. It turned out to be a difficult job. The plumber, Stuart Turner, was patient, professional, and with a can-do attitude. After the problem was fixed, he tested repeatedly to make sure of it. I've used Michael And Son for many times of my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works. They are not the cheapest in town but I am happy with their services and professionalism so far.

We had a tree branch from our neighbors yard knock our down line from the power line to the house into the street. Michael & Son came very quickly and addressed the issue. Aaron was great and we’d definitely use them again.

Very professional, responsive, and courteous. Showed me a lot about my heating and home humidifier systems I didn't know. Performed annual maintenance on my heating system and cleaned the house humidifier. Highly recommend!
