Called after my HVAC system stopped working and they were able to get a tech out to me same day. Drew came out and repaired my system, replaced parts, and everything is working great again. Really happy about choosing MaxAir and getting Drew, he was professional and provided fast service at a reasonable price.

Excellent customer service. From sales to install everyone was professional and responsive. There were delays in getting equipment because of supply chain/ COVID issues ( out of their control), and Tracey stayed in contact with updates.

They are very detailed, great work ethic, and they care about the customer. They do routine check-ups just to make sure everything is working properly seasonal. I woke up on July 4th with no AC, After a number of calls to various businesses , Leaving messages with no call backs, Finally one place said they could be here at 11 the next day, Frustrated, I called Max Air. and was told someone would be here in 2 to 6 hours, In less than 2 hours Joe G called and said he was on his way, He replaced the capacitor and had it working in 20 minutes. I was so impressed I went with the maintenance plan, He did the spring maintenance on the spot and I got a discount on the service call and parts, Thanks Joe G and MaxAir!

Bought our house 6 months ago. Heat pump wasn't working. Home warranty repair was finished 8 hours after I submitted the claim. Charlie did a great job installing the new blower motor. Excellent service from Ashley in the office, who accommodated my schedule. All around great experience.
