I was assigned this company by my insurance company. I should have known this was going to be difficult when I had to pull teeth just to get them to call me to come out and look at my HVAC problem.
It has been almost 3 weeks and now they are holding me hostage to purchase extra services in order to complete the warranty work. I would NEVER recommend this company.

AC wasnt working when we got home from work yesterday, Called MaxAir, Inc. who walked us through couple steps to try to diagnose what’s wrong. First thing this morning tech came out got the AC working and house cooling down 😌

Max Air has been maintaining my system for years. Always on time and very honest about any repairs that may be needed. Highly Recommend!

Max air is a great company the techainacian was very helpful. they came out to our store Stop n go mart and fixed our freezer problem. I would recommed them to anyone.

Horrible scheduling issues, HORRIBLE customer service. Some real jerks working there. They say the techs are good but what does that matter when they screw up scheduling and leave your house at a toasty 85 degrees. Some serious clowns

I heard my friend did duct cleaning from Maxair and paid 700$, it's a 2 year new house, does it make sense???????? I thought normally just within 200$
