Buric Heating and Air Conditioning

My AC died and it was close to 20 years old so I wanted the whole unit replaced. I have 4 young kids so no AC in the summer was not a pleasant option. The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. These guys exceeded my expectations and were very reasonable on price. I highly recommend using Buric Heating and Air Conditioning!

Technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Took the time to discuss HVAC system theory and operation. Given the current economic downturn I was expecting the be informed of extensive required repairs. Technician was honest and troubleshoot issue to worn wire insulation due to vibration. One quick inexpensive fix and thirty minutes later we are up and running.

Honest and professional with good prices. I will use Buric again.

Nick and the Buric team have now serviced our HVAC three times. Nick has been nothing but professional and has been able to fix our issues every time. Buric customer service team has always ensured we are taken care of and gets someone out to our house same day when we have emergencies.

Our AC went out and needed replacement during this high heat period we have been having. (July) since we needed a brand new system for our home I took the time to get a few quotes. Nick was the third and he was able to replace our unit (within two days) at a reasonable fee. He is efficient, knowledgable and didn't overcharge. We are happy with the unit and his service. I would recommend calling him.

I called Buric Heating and Air Conditioning early in the morning recently to request service about my furnace and thermostat. The staff who took my call was very pleasant and said she would relay my request to Nick who would respond quickly. He did and fit me into his schedule at the end of the day.

Nick checked furnace and apart from tightening some screws said nothing was wrong. However, my thermostat was a museum piece and was 6 degrees off and behaved erratically. He installed a new 21st century model and furnace and thermostat are now running smoothly and I believe much more efficiently. I am waiting for the gas bill to see difference in usage.

Nick is excellent, best service in the area, hands down. We have had two "emergency" calls and Nick has been there with in 30 minutes each time, resolved the issues quickly and pricing is very competitive and affordable. You wont regret working with Buric's!

When we moved to our home in 2013 it came with an HVAC system that was already at the end of it's life cycle. We tolerated the fact that the system may not last any longer, and then a few weeks ago this April 2016, the system finally gave, we had multiple companies come out and say that the system needed to be replaced and the search began.

We heard about Nick and past reviews and when he came out to the house, we asked him to give us a proposal for different systems, we ended up going with the best in the line Carrier system. We already had a few quotes and when he showed us his against the competition with the same system we were left speechless his price beat them by a long shot and Nick came in with the price that we were hoping for.

Nick and his team (Gary and Tom) where amazing and extremely considerate because we have a few aquariums in the work area where they needed to be, they were meticulous in how the job was going to be done from start to finish. They arrived on 4/11 and installed the furnace function of the unit to ensure we at least had heating for the night. On 4/12 they installed the AC unit and that finished the project. We are greatful to have had Nick and his team work on this project and we look forward to working with him in the future to make other additions to the unit, as well as maintenence.

We highly recommend him and his team, you will not be disappointed. Nick was a great listener and he listened to our needs and made sure that everything was completed, and when they were done it was as if they were never there. Nick and the team did an incredible job, now we have a system that we can control from anywhere in the home and outside the home, as well as, control our humidity levels. We look forward to the savings we'll get from the unit this Summer and for years to come.

Nick and his crew were meticulous, timely and pleasant. We would rate them superior in overall performance. Our new heating and air conditioning was installed without a hitch. They installed quality equipment and there was a substantial price difference compared to other estimates, all for the same work.

They have never performed work for me. My review is for a lack of responsiveness/professionalism. I called about a month ago to have my HVAC inspected/tuned up, as my home inspection pointed out there were possible concerns. They made/confirmed the appointment. They cancelled the afternoon before the appointment, stating they had to address a number of customers whose HVAC was failing. I agreed to reschedule the appointment and i never heard back from them. Fast forward to yesterday - I called a bunch of HVACs in the area for an emergency appointment, as my unit wasn’t working. That was over 24 hours ago and I still didn’t hear back from them. It has since been repaired by a responsive HVAC company (Climate Pro Mechanical, LLC). I won’t beg someone to take my money. Again, they never performed work for me - review is based solely on their lack of response.

They were the only company to come out on short notice when my HVAC system went up. Very happy with the service that John Wigginton provided when he stopped by and did his maintenance check. Ended up needing a whole new unit and John and the Buric team were awesome at getting me all set up as quickly as possible.
