    I highly recommend using Buric Heating. The technician Danielle was amazing! She was able to diagnose my problem within minutes of being there, she explained everything in detail (I know nothing about HVAC's but she was able to even make me understand), She fixed the problem and I couldn't be happier with their service.

    We just can't say enough about our positive experience and service. To start , we didn't know to the extent on how bad our HVAC unit was, until the technician Bill arrived. Our home was not getting cool and we were facing a stretch of very hot days. After diagnoses and provided with options, we knew that we needed to replace our unit. We contacted the office and spoke with Debbie. I spoke with Debbie on a Thursday 6/28/18 and she scheduled us for the following week on Tuesday. We were fine with that, but after I asked her if Buric provided complimentary air conditioner until that date, because of the hot weather and that I had two elderly parents in the home. One 93 and one 86. Debbie, immediately put me on hold and then came back and said, we got you scheduled for Saturday, because of Buric's concerns for the elderly in the home. This is the kind of character of a business, you want to serve you. I was scheduled for 8am and the Buric Team arrived at 7:15am and began work immediately on one of the hottest days of the year. The Buric Team did an outstanding job! They cared about our well being and displayed very good professionalism from the beginning phone call to completion of service, as well as displaying their good business INTEGRITY.     We recently moved to Columbia. Our new house had two AC units and come summer we found out, well, one was dead. So, Buric quickly responded and installed a new unit within a few days. Come winter...we noticed our heat was not kicking on in the basement. Buric came over within a day to service and found the problem...fixed it promptly! They are a wonderful company who values customer service. I would highly recommend them.

    We reached out to a number of local HVAC companies to have an attic unit completely re-installed due to poor initial installation. Some companies never replied, some replied days later, and some quoted us prices that were not reasonable. Then we found Buric... Nick (the owner) came out quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and fit us in the schedule the next day, when most companies were scheduling 5+ days out. The crew of 3 (Nick, Tom, George) showed up promptly at 7:30AM and were amazing. They made sure to use drop clothes everywhere inside our home and cleaned up thoroughly on job completion. Everyone was professional, polite, and skilled, and the installation quality was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am happy to have found our go-to HVAC company going forward, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

    This was our first appointment with Buric, we had a furnace malfunction. Bill showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He even did an unscheduled service on our HVAC system. Prices are reasonable, even better if you are a service club member.

    We hired Buric to come check out our busted AC unit at the recommendation of several local families. They were prompt, efficient and professional. Nick @ the main office was very polite and our tech Justin was able to fix our AC in no time. We will definitely be calling them for our future hvac needs.

    The heating system in my house stopped working and the indoor temperature dropped to the 50s. I called Buric Saturday morning for emergency repair service and Nick (the owner of Buric) was at my house within the hour. 30 minutes later, he had my heating system running again and gave me a comprehensive explanation as to what went wrong and what the fix was. He was kind, courteous, and very professional. The service I received was excellent. I will be using Buric for my semiannual system tuneups going forward. I highly recommend Buric for your heating and air conditioning needs.

    Our AC unit failed in the middle of the night on Saturday Night. Called at 0900 Sunday morning. Danielle was at our house at 1000, as scheduled, and had the system fixed in a few minutes. She was thorough and professional and explained everything well. I liked that they didn’t charge an extra fee to come out on a Sunday and prices were reasonable.

    Very disappointed with a blatant rip-off after years of good service. We scheduled a routine A/C maintenance check for May 18 on our two units (one attic, one basement). On the phone, we were quoted a price of $179, which is consistent with the prices we have paid for similar maintenance from Buric for the past 10 years. We were informed that the company was now under new management and that they were pushing all of their customers to yearly maintenance contracts. We politely declined the offer.

    When the service tech showed up on the scheduled day he told us the work would take about 30 minutes. He then asked how many units we had and immediately began a hard sell to sign up for the yearly contract. He also stated that the $179 price that we were quoted over the phone was only good for one unit and not the two. Therefore, we would owe $358 for the two units, despite the fact that we were directly quoted the lower price and had paid that price for years. He then proceeded to tell us that they need to make money and that they can barely afford to send the truck out at $179 per unit. He also stated that they are under new management and that the pricing and business has changed. He also claimed that we would be lucky to find anyone to do the work for less. At that point, we were fed up with the dishonest bait and switch and cancelled the work.

    He basically refused to honor the quote which clearly showed up on his system and expected us to pay $358 for 30 minutes of work. I ended up scheduling the same maintenance with BGE Home for $100. Not sure what is going on but apparently the new management is trying to gouge people, not honoring quotes and acting very unprofessionally! So disappointed since we have been very satisfied in the past.

    had Buric out a month ago to look at my heat pump. the board was fried. my options were to replace the board or the unit. i paid the $99 fee for them to come out plus a $200 deposit. because of the expense involved i had to put of the repairs. when i asked for my deposit back they stopped returning my calls. now they say that they are keeping my deposit as a diagnostic fee. these folks are criminals. beware.
