First of all, before calling to a technician, try to fix it yourself. 80% of ac problems is due to a bad capacitor. Google it online and you can get exact instructions on how to install a capacitor in 5 minutes.
I am not sure why this vendor gets a high rating. They are the most expensive service you can get and they don’t give you no upfront cost even though you told them it is a bad capacitor. In the end a 20$ capacitor would cost you 400$.
