ABC COOLING & HEATING

The heat went out in our house unexpectedly and ABC was able to have someone out that day. Very professional and knowledgeable. The issue was found within 20 minutes and a part was ordered. When the part was received the next day they came right out and repair was completed within 30 minutes.

We have used ABC Cooling & Heating twice (a few years apart) and were impressed by how responsive they were. They had our AC fixed in a matter of minutes. We are grateful to have a reliable, responsive, and trustworthy company to count on if we have an issue with our heating or AC. We recommend them every chance we get!

Messaged the business through thumbtack and had someone out to take a look at the work needed the next day. Super responsive and painless to deal with. Can’t comment on pricing since this is the first time I’ve needed help on an HVAC related issue, only thing I’d note for someone on a tighter budget was the initial service call to see what was wrong with my HVAC system was not credited against the service cost so you’ll incur $85 regardless.

Overall, happy with the professionalism, responsiveness and speed that they were able to address my issue.

Great service all the way! Michael came out on a Saturday in the midst of a heat wave. I decided to replace my A/C unit instead of putting a bandaid on it given it was 25 years old. They came and replaced it that Monday. The workers were polite and moved around as they both knew what each other was doing and what needed to be done. Perfectly in sync. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family or friends without a thought! Thank you so much!

ABC cooling started out providing great service. My estimate and new HVAC unit installation was all completed within a week or so back in Mar 2022. During the initial estimate, the owner Michael said they would relocate the kitchen floor vent for me away from the appliances. This offer made me choose them over a different company. After weeks and now months this has not been completed. I have called & left numerous messages. Michael came out and meet with me the end of April, explained what they would need to do, and an appointment was made. I also showed him how his guys knocked my stair rail down, and never replaced it like they said. The day of the appointment May 16, 2022 has past with no word from ABC. I have been very patient and understanding when he gave me different explanations of why this or why that. I had also added a nice size tip for the job.
** Update Mr. Michael and his team came out today and completed the vent relocation. In line with the initial installation of my new HVAC system the work is super, very professionally done! I'm very happy and satisfied with their workmanship, and glad we were able to resolve this matter. I highly recommend ABC cooling for any of your heating and cooling needs and concerns!**😃

Highly recommend ABC. Mike and his team were great. We were looking to buy an entire new HVAC system and went shopping around with different companies. Chose ABC because they were straight to the point and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to “sell” to us like the other companies we talked to. They helped us get what worked best for us at a reasonable price. Will definitely be using them from here on out.

Usually I dont complain about contractors but this one holds a special place. Don't use Mike at ABC COOLING and Heating . The owner is unprofessional as they come and he took our money and failed to complete the service. Hes rude and what stuff he did I had to redo because it was wrong. Amended " as you can see from his response hes rude " I am the owner of the property you were contracted by my partner to do a job that you failed to do. Refund the money he paid you. I hired someone else to finish what you messed up

I feel totally frustrated and ripped off!!!. After spending over two thousand dollars for a new evaporator coil and refrigerant, the very next day the AC stopped working again. After two days of no shows and being last on ABCs list of importance, I was relieved when someone finally came by and let me know the problem was simple; they overfilled the refrigerant and the owner Mike would come by the next day to fix the problem. Mike shows up. Now he tells me I need a new fan motor that he won’t be able to take care of for several more days. He wouldn’t even give me a price for the new work. I am not a person that complains easily. ABC was fast to show up and take my money in less than two hours. The runaround that followed has been aggravating, time consuming and totally unprofessional. By the time it’s all said and done, I will be without air-conditioning for six days because of ABC. I am a retired teacher, and ABC gets a failing grade in my book!
