Staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. When I contacted them, they were able to come by within 3 hours. After trying to fix the broken HVAC, I opted to have it replaced since it was getting old. They were able to install my new unit within 4 days, and came in with a very reasonable price compared to other companies in the area. I would definitely recommend ABC Heating and Cooling to anyone requiring work on their air conditioner if they are looking for a fast, friendly, and smooth experience.

Misdiagnosed my air conditioner noise stating it was a “dirty filter” replaced filter noise still there. Called them just to say he waiting for someone to call him back! Its been a week no call since. $85 paid still don’t know the problem. WOMEN BEWARE! NEVER WOULD HAVE DID THIS TO A MAN!

We contacted ABC Cooling and Heating to service a boiler and radiators at one of our properties. The tech was determined to find out why the boiler was not turning on and did resolved our issue. The tech checked all radiators to make sure they were heating. The tech was knowledgeable and even informed us to check the electric in another area of the house. The price of repair was affordable and reasonable for the labor time.

first called them last year when my OLD furnace would not stay on. he was able to repair it and get me through the winter. this is a unit that anyone else would have made me replace it.

called them back to check out my A/C... wasn’t so luckily...needed to replace it...so why not replace the furnace too. they did a marvelous job

Mike came highly recommended and out of all the places we called and met with, he was immediately responsive, no drama, no nonsense and gave the most affordable and reasonable price for replacing our broken AC/heat pump unit. Not only that, he ran into some unexpected issues that he dealt with professionally, swiftly, and no additional cost to us. Other places not only asked for outrageous prices and time frame, Mike came out and replaced within 5 days of calling. Can't say enough about his professionalism, work ethic, reasonableness, and quality. Will be calling him for any heating/cooling issues in the future.

I had a tenant living in a rental who burnt my furnace to the point that it needed to be totally replaced. I was so upset because I had a hard time finding a reliable reasonable business in the past. I was so lucky that ABC Cooling was able to help me. They came out right away and replaced the whole unit before any of my pipes froze.
