Ron Air gave exceptional service, starting with our 1st visit with Bill, who explained everything clearly, straight forward, honest clear pricing, down to earth and such a pleasure to work with. Pat in the office made everything easy with the contract, payments and anytime I called she was so helpful. Joe, our lead installer, and his team, were such a pleasure to have in our home. Joe was professional, he explained the process, answered any questions, easy to work with, just a really nice person, and did a great job!! Ron Air is a true team of professionals and it shows. Ron Air has been servicing the A/C system in this house sincce it was installed 28 years ago... It finally gave up the ghost. 8 years past its life expectancy. They made two $200 repairs since we bought this home 14 years ago... We didn't even get other bids... we just had them replace teh entire system and they did a excellent installation job... They took extra time and gave us extra effort and materials that weren't part of the anticipated work. Even though we had the A/C unit moved to a different locations the results are aestically pleasing as they patched the old siding and eve "holes" that were not longer needed.

Ron Air replaced our furnace earlier this month. They were efficient and did a great job installing the furnace and we are pleased with the unit. I really liked that their staff is very down to earth and they were very patient and did not seem annoyed that I took a lot of time to research furnaces and ask many questions. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Ron Air is one the most professional service organizations that I have had the pleasure to experience in my life. The true meaning of the word "product" in a business is the service it provides customers. Ron Air is a Trane distributor and you can get the "hardware" or similar device from any other company. Ron Air has a great product in Trane, what makes Ron Air outstanding is the service it provides. I have been dealing with Ron Air servicing my HVAC system since building the house 18 years ago. This week I had to replace one of the A/C and furnace units. If their service department had been tops for 18 years, their installation department is just as good. RON AIR has provided excellent service on our heat pump systems for over 15 years; our 20 year old systems recently failed and Ron Air installed 2 new TRANE systems. All work was done professionally, installation looks great both inside and out.

I can only say good things about Ron Air. Their staff both in the office and during home service calls has been appropriately knowledgable, very professional, and genuinely helpful.

I currently have a very old central AC that they've been able to keep running for me over the past few years. On our first call I expected a hard sell on a new unit, but instead they identified a relatively simple fix and got me back up and running quickly and relatively inexpensively.
