Ron Air Heating & Air Conditioning

After years with our HVAC person, he retired and of course we had an issue before contracting with a new company. After calling a few places that couldn’t come for 3 days, a friend recommended Ron-Air and a tech was at my home in 3 hours and I’m happy to report we have cold air in this 90 degree weather. The tech was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. They were easy to deal with from the very polite and compassionate person (she took pity on me) I spoke to on the phone (Melissa) to the tech (Devin). I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We have been customers of Ron Air for 14 years. They have always maintained and repaired our HVAC system with excellence and diligence. Just this week, we finally had to replace our almost 20 year old system. They came out immediately, gave us a fair estimate and installed it quickly. I cannot say enough about the team at Ron Air!

Our gas furnace and heat pump died within three weeks of each other. Despite another company saying that the entire furnace would have to be be replaced because Carrier no longer made all the parts for the cracked heat exchanger, Ron Air was able to fix it by re-using one of the undamaged existing parts, thus saving me thousands. They also replaced the outdoor unit of my heat pump (a different zone in my house). I've used Ron Air for other services in the past, too, and I've always found them to be professional, honest, and reliable.

Today, Ron Air installed a new air conditioner in my home, and they did an outstanding job in all respects. I and my family have been fortunate to have Ron Air provide our HVAC service for over 25 years, and they have always given the best service you could imagine. Moreover, their "old school" honesty and friendliness makes dealing with them a pleasure. I heartily recommend them!

We decided to replace our 17 year old HVAC system. We got 4 bids and selected Ron Air based on the price as well as the professionalism and trust we developed in their team. These guys are great and we are very happy with the system they installed. Everyone at Ron Air was courteous, professional and easy to work with. Ron Air did an excellent job replacing our two propane heating/heat pump systems. We chose them for our new systems because of the excellent maintenance on our previous systems. The design phase (Mark) focused on increasing the systems efficiency and some of the unique issues for our home. The installation phase (Joe and Steve plus one) was on time and on schedule. Systems work great and already seeing operational improvements.
