I would not recommend this company that was referred by American Homeshield bc you are still going to have to call another company to come out a solve your problem. The appointment was a total waste of time and the report that was made about the air conditioner was inaccurate. He never mentioned the initial problem that he was called out for. I can’t wait to get the report from another Contractor to compare the 2 reports just the prove that this company is a joke. AHS definitely needs another Contractor. If they give you this company insist on getting a different company bc they will not fix ur problem.

Amazing customer service. My central air unit stopped working Saturday afternoon. I put in a service request through AHS and was assigned to Air Doctor Mechanical. I spoke to a customer service representative, and she provided me with a timeframe before 1pm. A service technician came out on Monday before noon and provided excellent service. All representatives were informative and polite. The representatives deserve 10 stars for excellent customer service.

After having an initial service call that was fine, the same problem resurfaced a week later. I was assigned Air Doctor again thru AHS and received communication that they would be in touch with 24 hours. 36 hours later and 20plus calls to them going unanswered, ( in 98 degree heat in the DMV), I had to go and seek out a more professional option. Other company answered their phone and sent someone out with a couple of hours.
Summer is pretty predictable in terms of the expectation that an HVAC company will be busy. Good companies plan accordingly, staff accordingly and can operate efficiently. Badly run companies such as Air Doctor are exposed for the bogus operations they are.

This company is in need of customer service. They are totally unprofessional. They never return calls. Will state they are arriving and never show or bother to contact you.

I was contacted after my negative review by the OWNER who threaten me to take my review down or he wasnt coming out. I did and still no show. There was a time we couldnt report reviews. Thank goodness for social media. If AHS provide you with there name, ask for someone else. Better yet pay for one and AHS will refund you.

Very unprofessional and unorganized! Completely disappointed. I took off work to accommodate their scheduling process. Then they called me at 9pm to cancel an appointment scheduled for 8am the following day. Now I have to wait multiple days and take off work again.

Very Professional. Exceptional customer service as I spoke with the owner who was able to schedule and assist me with emergency services. I was absolutely pleased with the outcome and will definitely use this company again.

I had a problem with my home air conditioning, I gave air doctors a call and these guys helped me fix my issue over the phone, they also came out to my residence and check my complete system, found another issue and fixed it for a great price!!!
