I was referred to AirFlo, LLC, by American Home Shield because they were willing to respond quickly to my broken air conditioning system on an emergency basis to protect my nearly 100-year-old Mother from excessive heat in the summer. It was a complex job, requiring not only replacement of the AC unit itself but an old air handler in the attic. They came out to repair it as soon as the parts arrived, even though that was on a Saturday, on an extremely hot day. This was an all day job, and field manager Rashid and his teammates George and Brian could not have been more courteous and professional and hard-working. My mom and I were so deeply grateful to them for returning our home to a cool safe environment. I would recommend them highly.

George was fantastic! He is professional and knows how to explain your issues in a clear and concise manner. I appreciated the time he took to explain some of the issues with me. He went above and beyond what was eexpected.He was very friendly and I would recommend Airflo to anyone.

I was provided with a link to track the technicians' arrival time, they took the now necessary Covid protocols and did an exceptional job! The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. I had an excellent experience today with AIRFLO LLC an would recommend them to friends family or anyone in need of HVAC assistance! The technician arrived between the schedule timeframe ,an kept in communication with me throughout the day. He assessed and fixed the problem along with advice on what i can do to keep the system running efficiently!

Airflo LLC was great. Two technicians came out. They communicated their arrival, and were knowledgeable, and respectful. Through an AHS home warranty, they Quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. They Replaced the broken parts and got my heat pump working right. Would highly recommend them for HVAC work.

I recommend Airflo for any HVAC issues/maintenance. I was having issues with my AC unit and I called all around to get quotes for a repair. All of the other HVAC companies in the area were over priced or had bad customer service. I called Airflo and they came out the same day and was able to assist me!

Lost A/C on Sat, 19 June … coincidentally, just after having the duct system cleaned. OMG, downstairs the temperature reached 86 degrees. Upstairs was WELL above that and MISERABLE. The dog panted each night. Monday morning, I placed a service call thru my home warranty company and, thank God, is contracted with AirFlo LLC. I was given an appt for Tuesday between 12noon-4pm. First, the customer service and compassion from Lisa was amazing! I asked that if a time slot became available before then, please fit me in. Five hours later Lisa called and said “George is coming tonight”. I was so happy that I wanted to cry. George showed, had my issue resolved (bad capacitor and clogged condensation drain) in under an hour. Y’all … I have air! George kept me updated throughout the process, was professional and so kind. Thank you AirFlo! I totally recommend AirFlo!

Very professional group of individuals from the first call to the repairs that needed to be made. I'd highly recommend any of their listed services even some that’s not listed!! I wouldn’t hesitate reaching out to them and ask about any services that they do.
