Payne Mechanical Services Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

April 23, 2019 ---- William came to service my A/C for the spring and summer. He found things to be as they should be. I appreciate him changing my filter for me while he was here.

I HAD A NEW A/C & FURNACE INSTALLED AT MY HOME BY PAYNE MECHANICAL SERVICES OCTOBER 2015. IT WAS DONE IN ONE DAY AND THE WORK WAS GREAT. SIX MONTHS LATER I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE A/C. CALLED PAYNE AND THEY SENT TECH OUT SAME DAY. IT WAS A FAULTY FACTORY PART AND IT WAS REPLACED SAME DAY @ NO CHARGE. THE RESIDENTIAL MANAGER CALLED ME A COUPLE DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PAYNE.

On recent weekend, had hot water heater malfunction resulting in flooding of room underneath. Plumber responded immediately, was efficient in resolving the problem and helpful in providing resources for mitigating damages.

Quick turn around for schedule during holidays. Found and fixed sewer line issue. Suggested some solutions to stop problem from recurring. Will use them for any future problems.

The men were very good.They tried to take care of our problem and it all seems good.I will wash tomorrow and hope we no longer have any problems.
