First Brenda and Wendy are so kind...they get service to you as quickly as possible...they call to tell you the service man is on his way and I have always had the best service men ....very kind and professional....today. Mark was my service man and I don’t recall having him before and he was super ....replaced toilet tank “”guts “” (lol) on both toilets and asked was there anything else he could help me with and his last words were to “”””call us if we can help you in any way””””....Payne has always been good to me and I thank God for their help!!! Excellent staff, technicians and follow up! Their prices are better than all others we checked into for a full AC/heater for our home. And they're doing more work than the higher prices to help us out. They are also good to us Military and retirees.

I called yesterday midday for estimate on installation of gas hot water heater and also needed roots cleaned out. Toilet and tub backing up. They were here at 8am this morning. Quick quality service. Installed my new gas hot water heater this morning. Cleaned out roots. Came in at 8am and done by 10:30am. Great job.

Service tech arrived on time, clean clothes & vehicle. Proceeded to work immediately and determined cause of failure & initiated repair after brief consultation. Damage from ants in circuitry, not a warranty failure, but sought warranty coverage anyway. Approved by vendor for coverage as a courtesy.
Began & finished repairs in a rapid yet professional manner, minimum chit-chat. Tested repairs, cleaned area of debris & left.
Could not have asked for better service!

We have had a Payne Mechanical service contract on our heater and air conditioner for about six years. The last two service technicians have arrived at our home, knocked on the door or rang the doorbell, and I have opened the door, but the representative did not introduce himself or provide the name of the company. For all I know, he could have been anybody. I believe Payne should train these representatives with some customer service skills, such as their name and company name. They may be outstanding technicians but they need to learn the basic courtesies when arriving at a customer's residence.

Payne always does a great job. They are always very knowledgeable and educate me about my air system and fix my problem. Corey was great!

OMG! Payne Mechanical is the best. We had mystery piping and could not figure it out. The Payne guys came and used their up to date tools and found our lines for us. Thank you guys and the Payne staff. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Will tell all my friends.

We called Payne when our hot water heater began to leak. A technician was at our home within 2 hours with a new heater. Technician was friendly and had heater replace in an hour. Fast, efficient service.
