Got a call from my wife that our AC unit wasn’t cooling. In the middle of a heat wave, I told her I’d make a call, but to start coming up with a back up plan because everyone was going to be backed up. Spoke with Mr. Mark, and Brad was at our house 3 hours later! He quickly diagnosed the problem accurately, and got us back cooling in no time! Can’t recommend DMR enough!!

Plumber came out first thing in the morning like promised. He listened intently and then got to work and cleared drains quickly. This company was recommended to us and now I recommend them too!

DMR has been our go to contractor for HVAC, Plumbing and more. They’re always ready to respond to the job big our small. Aric is awesome and knows how to get the job done correctly, quickly, and professionally.

We used DMR at our office for A/C maintenance and repair. They drove across town and got a special part to fix it the same day rather than ordering it and waiting a week like other places. They stood behind their work and made sure the job was done right. That earned them a plumbing job installing a scale blaster water softener at my house. Couldn't be more pleased with the job they've done. It is still working 8 years later. I highly recommend them.

I’ve never been more impressed with a company. There are so many businesses out there that will do you wrong, this is not one of them. A gentleman by the name of William Farris went out to service my mother’s unit. My mother is easily confused and he explained everything to her. Some people get frustrated with her but Mr. William did not. He was very patient, kind, professional. I’m so very grateful I discovered these people doing a segment on the news. They are a very rebatable company and I ensure you if you use them you will not be disappointed. But please do ask for Mr. William, a great standup guy.
I have a few homes and I will definitely be using them for each one.

Incredibly overpriced. They "fixed" my AC last week and it's already freezing over again. So I don't even know if they fixed it. Also, they didn't ask or let me know in any way what was going on with my AC before they did anything. The guy just did whatever and asked for money when he was done. DEFINITELY looking elsewhere to fix what they made worse and any time after that.

Update: even though my AC broke again in under a week after they left, they will not come out to look at it for less than the full price of service. So disappointed.

DMR Mechanical gets the job done. They answer their phone and do what they say. Very good experience!
