Kane Cook was my plumber today and he did an amazing job ! He was so polite and got the job done in less than 2 hours I would recommend Surgis to anyone.

We had a plumbing emergency. Travis from Surgi’s came late on a Saturday night. Within a short time, Travis identified the problem and solved it. We were very satisfied.

Justin was our technician and he was great. Very thorough in his work and explained in detail what was done to the system. He set up thermostat and connected to Wi-Fi He gave some tips to help with keeping unit clean and offered another product that I will consider for future.

Called Surgis for an A/C problem I had with an older unit in one of my rentals. Air handler blower motor needed to be replaced. Mario added in drip pan, 2 float switches, 5lbs R22, contactor, hard start kit, etc as well as wash/clean blower casing, all adding up to over $8K. I know that I am nursing an old unit that will need to be replaced soon. When told that the price (without the R22) was exorbitant and that I’d never been pressured to spend such an insane amount of money in any of my other 45 rentals, he told me that he didn’t understand why I’d spend that much money (remember I had not even agreed to any of it) and could not make the repairs. Incredibly frustrating experience. I have a contract with Surgis but, based on this experience, will be ending that contract after the year. Absolutely cannot recommend them to anyone if their policy is to pressure clients to install all new equipment. (Had another HVAC company replace blower motor for $650 and the house is nice and cool.)

Polite, friendly. AC install had leaking pipe issue, Travis assesses and escalated to management. Got immediate help to fix issue.

Kane was a very courteous and respectful plumbing technician. The quote was a little too expensive for me though. I had to go with another plumbing company. I’ll still be using Surgi’s for my HVAC needs though.
