I’ve never had a service call happen so expediently! Made the call today, and within an hour, I had a wonderful technician, Adam Abdelmuhsen, who arrived quickly, ready to work. Adam was so kind, and professional and he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help resolve the problem with my ac unit. He really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He even went so far as to get me scheduled with an installer, after realizing a replacement was what I needed. Thanks so much!!

Mark called to say he would be my technician and what time he was coming. He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing today before he started.
He reviewed all his work with photos at the end of his service to allow me to make decisions on any other issues that needed to be resolved.
I was very pleased with his assistance today. I would definitely recommend him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service from beginning to end for servicing and installing a new AC/heating system in our home. From Mike, who came out after hours on a Saturday evening to Joshua & Chris who installed the new system on Monday morning. This was our first time using Surgi’s but we were treated as if we’d been using them for years. Best service I’ve experienced in a long time! Every single person I came in contact with, including over the phone, were kind, professional, knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had. Glad to be one of their newest customers!!

My technician's name is Adam. He was awesome. Made me feel comfortable to have him come into my home to resolve my a/c problem. He explained everything in a manner I could understand. He knows his job and is very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. You don't get that combination often in service techs anymore. I will definitely use Surgi again because of Adam. The dispatch young lady who set up my appointment was also very friendly, and professional.

Cesar was outstanding in all phases of services. A very dedicated individual who left nothing undone. Very social and left the work area cleaner than before he came. I observed how attentive to Roberto and provided hands on detail. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful in giving tips for getting the most performance from our new system.

We turned to Surgi's for a second opinion and were incredibly happy we did! Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the products and details of the installation, and that they maintained the level of excellence and reliability promised. We are incredibly happy with our experience and the work that was done. Surgi's will be our new go to team!

This was my first interaction with surgi's and I was extremely happy with the service. I had an ac tune up with Michael Stage as my technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He confirmed my system is in good working order, cleaned everything. And took the time to talk with about ways I can make it perform better. Overall it was a great appointment and I’m very happy with the service.
