Chiller Specialties

This company came out to perform warranty service on my ice maker. They were able to replace a few defective or broken parts and address the problem, but I still had to pay over $200 for a service call. Since they addressed the problem I was OK with that. The unit began making similar noises some 60 days later so I asked if someone could come check it out. They did and proceeded to charge me another $212.50 for the privilege even though they found nothing to fix on the unit. Not looking for a freeby but this is ridiculous.

They are always available to help you when they can they're very polite conscientious and they care about their job and your well-being great company to call I will call nobody else
