I'd start with the fact that NTC did solve the problem that I had with my A/C but when it came to the billing they really were dishonest. First they quated me $212 for the service call and replacing the control board plus $89 to replace a capacitor that was about to go bad acourding to the tech. I told them to go a head and do the job and a few days later after the part arrived and was installed the bill was higher then qouted, the capacitor was $113 and the board and installation were $294.35. When I talked to the office they told me that was the price and there is nothing they can do about it. The capacitor cost them about $3 and board about $40. I think they could afford to be honest and stick to the original price qouted and still make good profit while keeping me a happy costumer.

*I'm. Changing my review from 2 starts to 4 because the office did a great job in reaching out to me and correcting the problem with the billing. Also when the AC stopped working that same evening after the tech fixed it they sent a tech out to fix the problem, so they do stand behind their work.

On the surface, NTC seems like an honest, reliable company but I should've read the reviews before hiring them. It took 6 weeks of begging for an invoice (for an insurance claim) and my claim was denied because of the way they wrote it. They were wrong and then refused to work with me on trying to fix it. Sherry in the office is rude and only interested in one thing; and that's hearing Sherry talk.
The only person who made the entire experience tolerable was the AC tech they sent, Jason. So if you're brave enough to call NTC be sure to request Jason. I'll never use this "company" or "service" again.
Save yourself some drama and call Southland AC instead.

I called this company to come out and repair an issue that I had with my ac. The guy came out and told me that if the issue continued, to call him and he’ll come back and check it out. Not even an hour after he left, I was still having problems. I called and the girl told me that someone would call me back. That never happened. I called again about 2 weeks later and was told the same thing, again with no call back. I called a third time and the girl tried to tell me how to fix the issue over the phone, and then told me that someone would call me back to come out and take another look. No one ever called. This company was a pain to deal with.

Very pleased with the job Frank, Jr. and his team did for my wife and I. We were having issues with our home warranty company, so I found NTC via Home Advisor. Couldn't be happier with my decision. From start to finish, Frank was a true professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, as well as show me all there is to know about the world of HVAC, so that I could make the best decision for my family.

One thing I truly appreciated was Frank's willingness to go above and beyond your basic installation. He repaired several areas which needed to be taken care of , and NTC even lent us a couple A/C window units to keep us cool at night between day 1 & 2 of the job.

If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional team to look at your current setup, replace your system, or maintain it, I highly recommend you call Frank at NTC.
