Gus and One Hour did a solid job. They made it out on a weekend and he stayed until the job was done. Very professional from the call center down to the service engineers.

AC was not holding a temp in the house. 1hour had a tech out first thing in the morning the next day. Gus was very professional and quickly diagnosed (clogged drain) and resolved the issue. Will continue to call with any future issues.

Called on a Sunday when my AC stopped cooling and they were able to send a tech same day.

Josh was terrific. Gave a courtesy call when he was on the way. Quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem within an hour. I now have cool air flowing though the house thanks to him.

Would recommend to all and will definitely call if I have any other issues.

3 year old a/c not working properly. Called several companies around 3:30pm. Josh from one hour was the only person to take the call after hours. He was able to get my a/c working cold until they can get the part in. I fully anticipate the repair to be done well after the diagnosis and temporary fix. Much needed relief. Woke up to our central AC blowing warm air. Called One Hour Air, and one of their technicians, Dalton, was here within the hour. Very nice guy, who definitely knows his stuff. He saw what was going on, knew exactly what to check first, and, as he expected, that’s where the problem was. He explained things to me, then fixed it in about 20 minutes. Our AC started working right away. Will definitely call them again if something comes up.
