Burkhardt was recommended from a friend that is a current customer. Was extremely easy to set up the initial service call and then the maintenance visit. Nick came out for the initial service call. Parker came out to do the semi annual maintenance on system. Both were friendly, personable and professional.

Parker, was instrumental in the maintenance part of his visit, and also in identifying a critical repair need. He was courteous and professional and knowledgeable all along the way. I would also like to thank Jolynn in the Burkhardt office for her help in navigating this service call and bringing it to a successful and positive conclusion. Both of these folks are the reasons we keep using Burkhardt.

After trying several other companies, we found Burkhardt. They have been professional in every way- from administrative and scheduling, to the interactions and work done by each and every employee who has been out to the house. We have had our ductwork and filters replaced, and their work is far superior to those who we’d hired before them. Burkhardt also maintains our generator, which is a relief to us as well.

Parker was very professional. Got us fixed up right away with a new capacitor still under warranty also service call on a weekend and since we have the maintenance plan it wasn't outrageous. Showed up at 8am. Perfect.

Burkhardt recently installed a new Condenser and outside AC unit in my home. Prior to the install they explained everything to me including the different units I was considering as well as possible tax credits. They were extremely thorough in their install and very professional the entire time. When they were done I was having an issue with one of the new vents they installed. They came back twice at my request and the last time they replaced the vent that was rattling too much. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys. With all the issues with contractors I have had recently these guys were refreshing.

Really appreciate the customer service & hard work Parker did, explaining my options & the cost, & not pressuring me to do some of the work that could have been put off for a while. The company was easy to schedule with, apologetic when they had to reschedule me when they had several workers out sick on the original day we’d booked, quick to find another day that fit my schedule, & I’ll definitely continue with them.

Burkhardt came out for a seasonal check up of our HVAC systems. We have a very old house with both conventional and specialty units. We’ve been with Burkhardt’s for about 20 years and always appreciate that they know our house and its foibles well. Parker, who came out today, did a stellar job. He gave us a thorough update on how each unit is operating and gave us options to keep the units in good shape.

Burkhardt’s always provides great service and their HVAC technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Parker was terrific! He serviced our AC system and identified a couple of areas of concern. He thoroughly explained the problems and offered great solutions to fix the issues. We decided to follow his suggestions and he came back a few days later to fix our system. We are very satisfied with Burkhardt’s and Parker!
