Harold Dean’s A/C & Heating

Harold deans came to do an Ac inspection for our unit while we were in the process of buying our house!He recommended we push for a new unit even though he knew our home warranty company would pick the company that would install it. After the sellers had it replaced using another AC company, upon move in our air flow was completely messed up! I called Harold deans again and explained everything to him and he was available the next day. He Was prompt and knowledgeable. He was very honest about our options and the cost. After months of going back and forth with the company our warranty company used within two days of contacting HD our Ac is working great and my kids can sleep in there rooms without freezing their tails off! Highly recommend!

Came out to troubleshoot an issue with our AC after a different company installed our unit improperly. We have been through a nightmare situation with another company and Harold Deans is a breath of fresh air! The technician arrived on time, knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed our issue within 5 minutes of being here. Made sure we knew all our options and how much it would cost us. After an extremely stressful situation with another company I wish I would have contacted Harold Deans sooner! We will be using this company moving forward. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have been very pleased with the service that I have received from Harold Dean's for many years. They are always quick to respond and identify the issue. If they don't have the part they need they obtain it quickly. They explain everything in detail and are complete gentlemen the entire time they are doing my maintenance and or repairs. I do highly recommend them!

My home warranty set me up with this company a week ago for this past Friday as an appointment. This company never called me not one time to set the appointment. I called the home warranty back they called the company. The company said they can't come out until next Tuesday. I already waited a whole week. I don't even want to do business with them customers don't seem to be a priority.
