The quality of the work is fine; however the company needs to improve their communication and scheduling. I wasted almost four days waiting for the company to arrive. The first day I was assured multiple times they would arrive (via phone calls I made to the front office) and they never did. At no point did the company reach out to me to inform me they wouldn't make it. The second day/time we set, again I was assured multiple times throughout the day that the techs would arrive that day but they never showed up and I received no contact about them not being able to arrive. The third day, they finally arrived 4 hours after the scheduled time for that day and were unable to complete the defined scope of work that day due to a lack of materials. The second day of work, again they showed up 3-4 hours late due to an 'emergency job' elsewhere. I received no call and was left waiting for them to arrive. Emergent issues are understandable, but not contacting customers after informing them of appointment dates/times is not acceptable. Use them if you are ok understanding you may have to wait a few days for them to arrive and you will have to constantly call to confirm/push appointment schedules.
This business installed my unit in new construction 2 years ago and maintains it at 6 month intervals. When deciding which system to install, I spoke with the owner on pros and cons of each type. I have not been disappointed. The whole team is educated on various aspects of systems and maintenance processes. They are all easy to work with and we feel valued by every one we’ve dealt with during the last 2 years.
Woke up to a non working a/c called many a/c companies then realized Martin was the one that found the original problem 3 years ago after Bell couldn’t figure it out after 3 months of just charging the system. Today called Martin the lady on the phone was very polite and willing to help and told me when a tech could come. Brent came out found the problem in 2 min an had it fixed in 10 minutes. He was very polite and very professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them for all other a/c needs. Which I hope I don’t need to.
I had an issue with my heater recently. I called Martin’s and was immediately placed on the schedule for the same day. The technician showed up on time, was friendly, kept me up to date on the service and corrected the problem the same day. I would recommend Martin’s Indoor Air Experts. They are professional, prompt and have great customer service.
Called Martin’s on a Saturday, and they responded the same day! They gave excellent service, were able to troubleshoot the problem and solve it. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how quickly they came to solve the problem and I would highly recommend Martin’s
