After using this company for years, we had come to know them as dependable and our go to for a/c and heat. I called because my heater wasn't coming on. The sent a tech out within a few hours, as usual, which was awesome. The tech seemed to be very slow at troubleshooting everything and after a couple of hours finally told me that we were low on freon for the ac unit. He added 5lbs, which I have found out is almost everything that can be added, yet when we asked him to do a leak test, there was no leak indicated anywhere. After being charged $400 in labor plus $275 for parts/freon for him to add freon and change a fuse, 2 weeks later, we have the same issue. Our heater will not come on. I called someone else to come look at it. Within 30 mins, the problem was identified as a contact that was grounded. Arsement was installing 3 amp fuses when it should have been 5 amp, and nothing was said about the contact being grounded. We made a phone call to the owner saying that we were unhappy with the service and he basically told us that it is what it is. After paying $675, the issue was not fixed and they are not even acknowledging it, so I will no longer be using Arsement, nor will my family or anyone else that has been using them for as many years as we have.

The owner thought we were different tenants than last year so he trashed talked about me while i wasn't home. Reason we had an altercation the first time is because he lied and added refrigerant but claimed there was no leak, that's not possible. I had a real A/C company come out, Butcher A/C, and they found the leak and replaced the coil. Lying to people about refrigerant must be his M.O. because he did it again today, said he added "Freon" and left. I came home and asked the tech what was done, he said the same, i asked where the leak was and he said " they didn't charge it correctly when they replaced the coil last year", which is a lie, because i would have noticed a 10 degree temp splot last year too if that was the case. I think this guy might be better off finding a new job, working for Mr. Arsement is going to give him a bad name.

Do not hire this company! They did a sloppy horrible job on my ac ducts.
