My AC went out in my house and I called them late one night trying to figure out what to do!, they answered, scheduled someone to come out and had my AC fixed the very next am. Devon was so thorough and helpful and their pricing was much better than other quotes I had gotten! Couldn’t beat the service we received from DeepSouth!

DeepSouth AC did a great job repairing my gas furnace. Robert was very responsive and professional - showing up the same day I called to inquire and replacing the parts a few days later once they arrived. I appreciated the transparent, no nonsense discussion about the repair and pricing. I've had bad experiences with other HVAC businesses using visits as a sell-up opportunity to get me to buy a new unit; this wasn't the case with DeepSouth. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and I would use DeepSouth again!

This was the second time I have used DeepSouth AC in the last two weeks. The tech that responded the first time was Robert, an awesome guy, super knowledgeable and professional, was in and out really quickly and got us going with ice cold air.
Today I had to call them to come out again for a separate issue and again I was lucky enough to have Robert come out with another tech named Tyler. Same as last time, really professional, quick and very affordable.
You cannot go wrong with these guys. I vouch for them 100%!

Deep South AC was doing a repair at a neighbor’s house & I coincidentally needed to have an HVAC company check my system. Devin was very nice, courteous, & took the time to assess my needs. I called the office to see schedule a service call since they were just across the street. I completely understood when I was told their schedule was pretty full since it was a Friday, a short week following Memorial Day, & would probably have to come back another day. Next thing I know, Devin was ringing my doorbell to say he completely checked my system & said everything was fine. He recommended a service to improve the efficiency of my system & said his office would send a quote. Super fast service, friendly, courteous, & professional. I’ll definitely hire them in the future for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend! Great job, Deep South!

We thought we needed work done on our heating system because the company we used prior to calling Deep South AC sent a tech out that told us; #1 our heat pump was either missing or bad. #2 he said, until they could fix it, running the system on emergency heat was ok and wouldn’t hurt anything. #3 when I asked him how running the system on EM heat would affect our electric bill he said it wouldn’t. #4 he said he would take care of the next steps and be in touch. We did not hear back from home. We tried calling to no avail and finally after almost 3 months and an increase in our electricity bill of close to $400 we went in search of reputable businesses on Angie’s list. I chose Deep South AC because of their excellent ratings and reviews. Devin, with Deep South AC, came out the same day I called. He was very confident, pleasant and knowledgeable in his field. Once he looked around and familiarized himself with our unit he gave us the news. There is nothing wrong with our unit or heat pump. He explained in great detail (for my benefit) why the system switches between heat and aux heat and that it is designed to operate that way. Although I won’t put the previous company down because of one technician I would caution you to ask a lot of questions and get a second opinion. You don’t always come across businesses like Deep South AC and techs like Devin that you can trust.

Had a great experience with DeepSouth AC. They showed up asap when I needed them and gave me cost effective options to replace my old A/C. Both Devin and AJ were very friendly and professional. They spent extra time making sure I was satisfied with my new unit.

After our home warranty company said it was going to be 2 weeks to get the part, we could no longer wait for them so we called deepsouth and they came out that day and replaced out condenser unit. Finally have a cold house again!!! Highly recommend.
