They were able to find me a finance company. They came out twice after putting in a new AC unit to find out what the problem was. Not in the unit. They stand behind their product!!!

I cannot say enough about Duggan’s A/C & Heating. My air conditioner start having issues in early August when temperatures were well above 90’. I called in the morning to explain my situation and had a technician at my house before lunch. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and immediately started inspecting my unit. Very quickly he figured out the problem and explained what my issue was. He had the parts on hand, and was able to fix the issue within the hour. I was charged a very reasonable rate, and he explained everything on my invoice. He did not try to “up-sell” any expensive add ons, and provided my some insight on an appropriate air filter to prevent future issues.

If you ever have a need, this is the place you should call. They will treat you like family, fix your issue in a timely manner, and at a great price. They are top notch!

Richard (owner's son) came out in the scheduled timeframe for annual A/C maintenance. He took the time to explain what he was checking, anything that could be a problem (only thing for us was a capacitor <90% of original rating), and was attentive. Will be using them in the future!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME. I had an issue with work another contractor did and Richard came out right away and fixed all the issues, had us up and running in no time. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
