Do not trust them… they came and hit a switch( something had blown ) and instead of being honest about why my system was down they charged me $250.

Had ac system maintenance done on my outside unit. The service reps were very friendly and professional. They knew what to do and did not waste any time in completing the job. The price was very reasonable for the service rendered.
Contacting them was no problem and actually they were showed up before the scheduled appointed time. Would give them 6 stars if possible. Will tell all my neighbors about their service.

Very pleased with their professionalism, and their ability to figure out what was the cause of a leak in my A/C unit, and fix it for a good price. Another well known company offered to replace parts and charge me much more. And never seemed to have a clue what the actual issue was.

Duggan’s was very professional from the time they gave the estimate until the time they completed the job. I was impressed with the way everything was explained to me initially and then carried out. There were no surprises along the way, no extra costs. The price was very very fair. Work done in a timely manner and every person involved was courteous and professional. I am enjoying a very comfortable home now with this new AC system. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This is the first time using this company and when I tell you They really go above and beyond on a for their customer. They are friendly, efficient, and they came out the very same day I called They also are very fair on the price too.

Unlike the other main HVAC companies on the West Bank, I was able to ask for specific work that I knew needed to be done, and Duggan’s simply quoted the work and did it the next day. Other companies like to charge $125 or so just to go out to the house to tell you what you already know- and refuse to simply do specific work without trying to run up the bid. Honest and straightforward.

I contacted them at 8:05am and the tech was at my door at approximately 8:35am. He assessed the issues, briefed me and went to work. Very knowledgeable, professional and expedient. This first time customer is a life time customer.
