Duggan's Air Conditioning & Heating Repair

I called Duggan A/C yesterday morning and they were at my house by 1pm. Jordan called to say he was on his way and I also received a tracking text message with his ETA, which I loved. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He added some freon and now my unit is blowing a little cooler during these extreme high temperatures. Definitely will use them in the future.

My ac unit is blowing warm air. I have used this company before and it's never a straight forward experience. If I'm not standing over the technicians shoulder they come out say nothing is wrong then charge me for it. I only called them again because they are the only ones who come out within 3 days. My house is 80 at night and my thermostat is set at 68. I do not like having to call and get them to come to do their job. This is my last time using them.

We have been using Duggan's for about a year now and we couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Most recently, our tenant said her A/C was not working and I called Duggan's right away. Within about an hour, someone was at the house to diagnosis the issue and then dispatched his team to pick up the part needed for the repairs. When it was all said and done, within a couple hours of my call the A/C was back up and running and at a fair and reasonable price for the service provided. The technicians were all very friendly and professional. You can tell they care about the comfort of home owners and tenants. Restoring inoperable systems ASAP is a priority and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

When I remodeled my house I had Duggan's AC install a new air conditioning system and they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. When my AC went down on a hot Summer day, I called Keefe's since they're who installed it. They said they couldn't come out for three days! I called Duggan's and had a service guy at my house that afternoon. Inside of ten minutes, I had AC again. Five stars; highly recommend!

N O T A T A L L. I will never use again or recommend. Had an issue that should have been a warranty cover. Lil Richie used verbiage where the warranty would not cover. Then, refused to try to correct it. Had to give one star for unsatisfactory to post. But, you get the advice???

I used this business over 5 years, they're professional, friendly, have reasonable prices and always reply phone calls with emergency needs. Recommend them if someone needs heater and air conditioner services
