Dave Broussard A/C & Heating

Don't be fooled with politeness. They gave me an estimate of over $500 to replace 2 contractors and a defrost control board (labor only-parts under warranty), which the tech said would take 2 hrs. OVER $250 PER HOUR! Another Reputable comp CLEANED and changed contacts in less than hour for a little over $100. They also said there was no bad board and the board Dave's wanted to change does not exist on our Trane unit. Will report them to BBB!

I've been doing business with Broussard A/C for 6 years and have no complaints at all. They've always been on time, even if that time was late, and done good work. I am one of those people who likes to know what's going on and every technician I've had was a solid communicator and explained what was going on and how it was supposed to work and what he was doing to sort it out. Even when it was time to completely replace both inside and outside AC/Heating units and all of the duct work everyone at Broussard A/C was helpful and guided us in to the right system for our home.

We searched for a while to find a professional organization that would install and service our planned split unit ac by Mitsubishi. We had received a recommendation from our builder for this type of unit and when we researched it on the web we were convinced it was the right solution for our garage to become our recreation room that we dreamed about. Then we found Dave Broussard.

It was exciting to meet a great company who really believed in this technology and fully supported it with a great trained and certified staff. It did not take us long to make a commitment.

The installation was completed on time, with great service and delivery. The products looks great, runs great and works, even better than we could have imagined.

We are so happy we made this connection and would recommend anyone needing A/C and heating work, look to this company as your first and last choice. You will not be disappointed.

Great Job!! Kent Richard serviced two of my HVAC units today and did the most thorough cleaning and inspection I have ever seen by an A/C tech. Both units are blowing much colder air since this service. Looking forward to requesting Kent for next scheduled service. Excellent customer service!

DJ was the technician that came out to help us. He was right on time, polite, pleasant and extremely professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave us suggestions that could help us avoid future AC issues. We have been looking for a reliable AC company, better yet, a reliable AC person, we can count on to steer us in the right direction when we have AC issues. I will request him by name from now on.

and very sweet lady called asap at 8amthe next morning to schedule someone to come out! AND She called back when he was on his way! Tyler was our service Pro....... Bought a Trane 12 yrs ago.. Tyler was extremely polite as well as knowledgeable! ....... diagnosed the problem fixed and back up with cold air .... also gave quotes on maintenance for future UPKEEP..... WE are happy customers 😀
